I've been coming here for years and have never had any problems. Today, March 6th, at 6:33 pm, I went to the cashier to check out my purchases, and the guy didn't want to put my last products in the bags. He simply checked out all the products. When he got to the pumpkins, he started putting them on the conveyor belt and the products started falling to the floor, damaging some of them. I spent $236 on my purchase and got this kind of service? I looked for a manager and Ms. Olga from the complaints line said that my problem couldn't be resolved because there was no manager or person in charge at that time. In a store this size, there's no one to file a complaint against a rude employee who didn't perform his job properly. I'm expressing my indignation here. When I was leaving, an employee told me that the manager's name was Lanzo, but he couldn't explain further. Is this how Walmart treats its customers?

The store has was to many employees standing around doing very little and was rude on the 2 occasions I've had to ask where something is..? Really I downloaded that app put in the zip and Bam I don't have to deal with a undertone reply like I disturbed them. It's the closest to me and convenient if you know how to negotiate and use lawn and garden for a quick escape most times..😉

It's too cold, too slow. It took me 30 min. To return two items with only 4 people in line. Shelfs are not adequately stocked in the food area. Not enough checkouts open. Self checkout takes 20 min to checkout.
People with their nonservice dog everywhere sniffing around the food. The parking lot is a mess with carts everywhere. This Walmart is a disaster. I won't be returning to this location.

This Walmart seriously needs a managerial overhaul. I shop here often (closest one to me) and the staff are always rude and dismissive. I have bought stuff that is supposed to be new and its used and had been re-sealed by them. I have had items that were supposed to be on sale (both online and barcode/price tag in the aisle) and they tell me that they don't adjust prices at checkout. Words directly from the Crew Trainer. It is state law that they cannot charge another price other than the one listed and if two are listed, the cheaper correct one should be followed. I spoke once with one of the store manager in regards to a T.V that I bought that was supposed to be on sale and not labeled used or even open box and he told me, "I wouldn't buy anything from here if I were you, not even our produce." I go here because of necessity not convenience. I wish Walmart did an audit and listened to these reviews...
