Not a good choice to partner with for prescription needs. The Pharmacist says "I'm lucky to be able to get a prescription ".That remains to be seen as I don't feel 'lucky' today! Script was sent in at 10:15 am checked at 12:15 (Mind you, the drive thru wasn't open)...I was told to come back in an hour...Oops, came back at 1:30. Closed for lunch?? You can't make this up! Not to mention the place is a pig sty! No offense to pigs who are at least cute a d good to eat, too!

This is the worst CVS pharmacy and sad that they serve lots of patients here. I asked if my Covid tests could be covered by my insurance. The pharmacist on duty said “insurance isn’t paying for these tests anymore.” I called my insurance and they said I get up to eight free OTC covid tests a month. It is a disgrace that this CVS is part of American healthcare. Not helping patients is not a good business. He just lied to my face when the honest answer was he didn’t know and that would of been better than to lie because he doesn’t care.

This is the absolute worst CVS in Southwest Florida. They don’t care one bit about Customer Service. They don’t fill prescriptions in a timely fashion. They don’t attend to the drive up window on a regular basis. If a prescription is called in first thing in the morning, it is still not ready by seven in the evening. They’ll make no bones about closing the window right in front of you after you’ve been waiting for a very long time because it’s time to close. Do yourself a favor and go to another Cvs that place is the WORST!!

pharmacy never answers phone , excuse is we are busy , heres an idea hire more people. And the whole pharmacy closes during lunch hour , when most people break free to get scripts . god forbid you hire more than one pharmacist to fill your scripts

My husband came in to this CVS and handed Jessica 2 prescriptions for antiviral for covid. My doctor said I should take both because of how bad I was. Jessica disagreed and then she ripped up my prescription. She had no right to do that that wasn't her property. Now we have to wait until tomorrow to go get a new prescription from the doctor. We will never go to the CVS again and we highly discouraged everybody else from going. Probably why you guys have a bad review anyways.

I have been coming here for about 2 years. Today 5:40 p.m., one of the pharmacists (male, tall, thin, dark complexion) cursed at a customer, after he was asked to be more curteous to an elderly customer he was attending.The pharmacist had become frustrated with the older customer, as he was hard of hearing and frustrated due to medication unavailability. Another customer asked him to be more curteous and patient with the older man. The pharmacist proceeded to tell hims to stay out of it and what the f%%& was he gonna do about it.I don’t think that pharmacist should be in customer service. I am takin my business elsewhere from know on.

This is the second time that I have had a run in with pharmacy employee, the tall guy, Melvin. The first time I put it down to new employee jitters. Today, I saw total annoyance, unprovoked anger, and overt disrespect, which is not acceptable. Due to a comedy of errors, Melvin had to ring up my order again, and out of annoyance, told me it would take 10-15 minutes and to, "Go over there and sit down." After my 10 minute time out, I went back to the counter and, lo and behold, my order was ready and sitting there. Apparently he didn't see the need to notify me. (There were no customers at this time.) Very unprofessional and all was avoidable, had Melvin just asked me if I wanted to pay double for my order... or not!

Tall guy working pharmacy Nov. 11th at 7:45pm gave me my prescription quickly but was blatantly rude and looked at me with unprovoked anger. It was one of the least friendly and most unprofessional experiences I've had at CVS.

I scheduled an appointment for covid lab testing the day before the appointment showed that Pharmacy available for testing when I arrived they advised me they're testing equipment had been broken down for several days and they were not able to do any testing I was never notified that they were unable to do the testing and I needed the test done as quickly as possible for employment.
