We recently purchased a home and had Executive Electronics update it for our needs (they also worked for previous owner). The office team was exceptional and super responsive and they were able to schedule Kevin who had done all the work at the house and was very familiar with the set up. HE WAS OUTSTANDING. Very knowledgeable and patient -- worked through some issues we had with Xfinity and proactively made suggestions and improvements that made the house / system enjoyable to use. Executive Electronics tech, Jose, swiftly and correctly identified my problem, when an electrical surge destroyed the relay board of my alarm system. Ed W., in the office advised a compatible new relay board and control panels. The technician, Eric Vitale, who installed the new system was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Had to write this glowing review for Executive Electronic and tech Kevin. It's a Sunday afternoon and I'm trying to program something into my security system the EE manages. Followed instructions in the manual several times and it wouldn't work. Called the EE main number on the remote chance that I could get my way to some tech help. The phone was answered promptly and the person said a tech would get right back to me. Sure enough, Kevin called right back, told me exactly how to do what I was trying to do, and waited to confirm that it worked - which it did. You just don't see customer service like this must any more - especially on the weekend. Huge thanks to Kevin and Executive Electronics!!!

We installed new windows and wanted to upgrade our security system. The work has not yet been done although in the past our experience has been this company gets the job done well! We received an on-site proposal from Eric Vitale and were very impressed with the upgrades he recommended. Unlike other companies, he was very upfront with upgrades that we needed versus less expensive options of making small changes. He was honest and forthright regarding the options and related cost/benefit. We did not feel like we were oversold, as often happens with other companies.Service: Security system installation

Ron came to upgrade the security system for 5g, but I asked him to help with our pool security alarm which he had to completely test and repair. He also reattached an outdoor speaker cover. While his original order was just the security upgrade he went above and beyond with the pool security system.
