This Truist branch is great. Juan, Esteban, Alex and the rest of the team always make me feel like my needs are important and resolve them promptly. They’re a big reason that I continue to bank with Truist for my personal and business needs.

Do recommend at all - Bank treats customers very poorly. My brother in law had an account with this bank and during the hurricane his vehicle was damaged. The insurance company ended up totaling his vehicle and sent a check which he wanted to use the whole check over $30,000 to purchase a new vehicle. and would need a loan for about $10,000 to do so. He was dealing with Juan Hernandez at the bank. He was treated very badly and ended up closing out his account at the end of October 2022. Feb 2023 we get a letter from the bank stating they were going to turn us into collections due to overdraft on account which was supposed to be closed. Again went to the bank got the same guy Juan again treated very badly. Ended up having to call 800 to resolve issues and make sure account was closed for good. Use caution with this bank. Would not recommend to anyone.

The only bank not waiving fees for hurricane Ian! As if it’s not hard enough for us during the storm and being unable to use the banks or ATMs that week but now they are charging us !

Very thankful this location is my neighborhood branch! The branch manager Juan puts members best interest first, and offers very helpful guidance on all finance inquiry’s. Always a positive experience at this location.

VERY NASTY people I didn’t want to even give them 1star . My account has been messed up after the takeover. They blame BB&T and things are so messed up it seems the employees don’t want to be there. Call the help line ? please hold for the next available associate Estimated hold time OVER 1 hour ?? look for a better bank that takes good care of their customers.

I wish I could do 0 stars for this bank because it SUCKS. They never listed listen to what I ask them to do even though my instructions are incredibly clear. They mess up something every single time now and I've gone so many times. Why is it so hard for you people to understand us learn to listen to your clients for once!

Worst Customer service. The lady named Avella or Esella either doesn't listen to what your issues are or just doesn't care. Now that they joined BBTgo to those branches or like me make plans to change banks!

This is the best branch in the system. The people are absolutely the best.

Why is this the only branch within 15 miles open on Sunday? Even the weekday hours are trash. Who closes at 4? It's very inconvenient when I get off of work and my bank has already been closed for two hours...

Beware beware beware!!!@@*^%$@&%This is the top notch branch for SunTrust. Only because of the tellers are friendly. Its run by the worst area manager Florida state has to offer on top of the worst branch manager Florida has to offer. This branch has robbed me of over eight thousand dollars by just taking it whenever they want for whatever reason they come up with. I went to the vice president of SunTrust bank and the response was so horrendous that if you're considering banking, please go to another institution. You will be treated with a big smile and friendly faces as they rob you blind. I have $140,000 per year direct deposit and they have stolen 8 grand year to date. Attention all millennials, take this experience and run away from sun trust, soon to be BB&T. Beware of both. Empty promises bank is the best name. Shame on you Mr. Vice President for handling a discrimination case as a number. I'm sure if you fixed the issue you would be fired as well. Folks this is the point. At SunTrust when a customer has an issue it is in the best interest of the institution for the person handling it to just ignore it and make you believe that your in fault. If they fix your problem they will be terminated from employment from SunTrust bank. Why would anyone want to put there money in this disgusting excuse for a financial institution??????????????........BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I went in yesterday with my younger brother he had some fraudulent card issues and we wanted to get more information on his claim case. We were directed to Jenni Castritinni (sorry if I misspelled the last name). She was looking over the case my brother asked his questions. I asked why are they still charging him for a disputed transaction. She rudely said “I'm not allowed to discuss this with you.†When my brother was right next to me and I was simply asking because I was concerned and confused for him. He's my younger brother and I've had experience with fraud issues before. I'm no expert but I was concerned for him and I understand there's privacy policies. So my brother had to repeat what I had just asked her for her to answer the question. I was so offended and honestly felt stupid that I had to tell my brother what to ask her. So I asked her another question and again she responded very rude saying, “I already told you I can't discuss anything with you since your name is not in the account and I'm not going to do this with you if he wants to ask me something he can himself I'll bring out my manager now because I'm not doing this with you!†As she was walking away I said “Goodbyeâ€and Jenni responded back saying, “Peace out.†I was appalled and at that point angry. The manager came and she was no help at all either. I asked her my questions and the manager ignored me looked at my younger brother and asked, “are you going to speak for yourself?†My brother responded back saying yes. I just don't understand why we were treated that way. What if i happened to be his mother and not his older sister? The way she treated us was disgusting and unprofessional. I just don't understand how these older women had treated us. The branch itself is beautiful inside but the service we received was uncomfortable and unacceptable. We still had questions about his case so we decided to head over to the branch in front of Coconut point where this young gentleman helped us and reassured us. We left with our questions asked and with reassurance how we should of left in the first place. If you're a young adult and have issues with your card please don't go to this specific branch save your time. You will get treated with disrespect and won't receive no help at all.
