Terrible customer service and the store is unprofessional. I tried trading in a pair of shoes that I literally wore for 15 minutes in my house for a bigger size and they refused take the shoes back because the shoes were in “poor” condition. The shoes were literally in perfect shape. Looking at the reviews I can see this is a reoccurring theme. Take your business to Foot Locker. I took my shoes there and they let me trade in my shoes with no problems. Yes, I know Champs and Foot Locker are owned by the same company but damn was there a difference in customer service. This Champs location is trash and as ghetto as can be!!

I met with Shauna when I was in there shopping for my daughter and myself. She provided amazing customer service and displayed excellent product knowledge. She really made my trip to the store a memorable one. Thank you again Shauna!!
