I had the best experience at My Space Storage. Patty assisted me in the 2 months I stayed at my space storage and throughout my experience she was very pleasant and easy to work with! She provided great customer service and made my move in experience very easy! 10/10 recommend

The office staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.
Granted, I needed a new place to store my RV, as the lot where I was storing it, had been sold off, for future development.
The office staff at this facility went out of their way to get me into a suitable storage location.
I would highly recommend Store Space Self Storage in Brandon.

Amanda made the move in process seamless. I was able to do most things online but she gave me a tour once I came in, I was even able to switch to a better unit! I would definitely recommend storage space!

We just got the emergency alert from the state of Florida to evacuate zone A where I have one of their storage units with all of my business things. Stephanie the manager of the Call center
refuses to schedule a pick up for storage unit to take it to safety. Do not use this company because they have no respect for their customers or for what they do. I will have no choice but to sue them for damages for refusing to pick up my container before the hurricane hits the coast. I will also be contacting the governor's office to let him know that this is part of their practices. Her and I don't know who else were laughing at me because I got upset. I pay them to pick up the container in case of emergencies!!!! That's the whole point of having a portable storage unit!!!!! Don't trust these people they will leave you hanging!!! I will take pictures and videos of any damage that was caused by their incompetence and I will post them here. Another thing that is obvious is that they have no emergency plan to execute so that their customers are taken care of in case of an emergency.
P.S. I have been to the owner's house. He lives
On the water and he has a tiki bar inside his house. Full tiki bar with pool tables and games. Who's laughing now, Stephanie??? ???

This facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Patty gets her own set of five stars as well. She was awesome.
