Absolutely HORRIBLE service . Vac appt at 1pm. Checked in at 12:52. Was patient.. but after clock hit 1:43 and still no service.. I walked out. Any other Walgreens is better than THIS ONE!

I wish they had more employees or better management in the pharmacy. I’m always on hold for 20+ minutes to figure out why there is a delay in my prescription, which is pretty much every month. The staff is always helpful once I am able to speak with someone. They need more pharm techs who aren’t overwhelmed with the amount of patients and orders they are processing.

First time and maybe last time I’ll go ..stop for an inhaler cashier sends me to back pharmacy sends me back to the front and me going back and forth while one of the co workers to busy talking to a customer about her daughter Point is i had the run around wasting my time when all i just wanted wanted an inhaler..I should of just went to cvs before stopping at
Walgreens..

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Prescriptions are never ready. Pharmacy is always closing for one reason or the other.

I've been printing my photos at this location for years and I print an average of 100 photos per month because scrapbooking is my thing. I placed an order day before yesterday and I got a message yesterday that it had been cancelled for lack of PAPER. This is the second time this has happened in the last 3 months. So I tried calling just now to check on the paper situation before placing the order again and it sounds like someone disconnects when the call goes through and the call drops. So no paper in the photo department and no one wants to answer the phone. Whoever is in charge at this Walgreens on the corner of Providence and Lumsden in Brandon is doing a very poor job.

This review is for the Pharmacy, especially for the best Pharmacy tech ever Brittney, you heard of employees going an extra mile for the customers but Brittney would go to the moon to help.
I had issues with the pharmacy at times with the availability and even with 1 pharmacist(I’m glad I didn’t see him ever after) but I can’t go anywhere else due to the Brittney and always hope she is working when I order refills.

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy , they will only pick up and place you back on hold until you give up and hang up
