I always come here and they always do a phenomenal job!! This set was done by Jackson and let me say. AMAZING! As always. And everyone is so welcoming and kind. Definitely go here when you need nail services done! I will always recommend them to everyone!

Sadly I will NEVER GO TO Star Nails, my local nail salon. The nail tech here literally drew blood while “trimming” my nails. It wasn’t an accident or slip of the dremel aka e-file. She then wanted to continue after I told her no repeatedly? I DON’T RECOMMEND this nail salon. It’s OVER PRICED & there’s only two nail techs that are decent. I currently drive over 30 minutes away to have my nails done and it’s worth it. Star Nails Is NOT GOOD!

Had a bad experience the day before called back spoke with Ann scheduled me for appointment the next day, Jackson took care of me and I’m over the moon about my nails. Service was perfect. Ann & Jackson are the COMPLETE BEST ever will be back as long as it’s one of them.. he is a 10 out of 10 !!!!

This place is amazing! Always kind, prompt and pay tons of attention to detail. They do talk in another language sometimes but I dont feel they are making fun of anyone just having a general conversation with each other. They are just doing what they love! Really this place should be packed with how awesome they are!

Amazing classic pedicure & acrylic nails with gel color! Regular polish on my toes, coffin medium acrylic full set nails with gel polish, one design nail was $105. Would definitely come back! We were in & out within 2 hours, no wait!

The nail techs are super friendly, giving off good vibes. I can tell they take pride in their work. The first photo is the inspo and the last 3 is what I got... I absolutely ADORE them and am already dreading when the time comes to take them off. Definitely recommend!

Went in today to have my nails filled it had been a while because I’ve been sick and it was a real pleasure to be able to get out and go have it done.There was a guy who filed them down, then passed me off to another girl. She didn’t see the shape of my nail because he had cut them down when I asked him not to and besides the point it was done whatever and then I told her I didn’t want square I don’t like square I like them kind of tapered at the top and she told me she didn’t know what that was communication issue. So when I asked her to make them more narrower at the top, kind of coffin shape she slammed her fist on her table, said so you want something different now and she was yelling at me, rolling her eyes. I was Embarrassed everybody in the place was looking at me. I even started crying. I had a facemask on because they just didn’t want to get sick again, but I had tears running down my face out of embarrassment . I don’t like the shape of the nails they’re square. I like the color she put on But other than that, she was very rude. Never apologized to me and I even tipped her good now. I would never go there again because of that reason I was so embarrassed the way everyone was looking and I was nice to her and I’m a really nice person. I’m a good tipper. I will never go back. I went there once before I got sick. I think it was the owner that did them and they were perfect. If one person did it instead of one filing them down and the other doing the fill. She would have seen the original shape and there wouldn’t have been a problem.

I visited today and had an extremely disappointing experience that has made me decide not to return. When I sat down for my appointment, the technician immediately questioned where I had my nails done last. I told her that it was at their shop, but she insisted I was mistaken because they only use clear gel. I tried to explain that during my last visit, the technician mistakenly used acrylic instead of gel, and by the time we realized, it was too late to fix without removing everything and starting over, so I opted to have my nails painted a dark color instead.
Despite my explanation, today’s technician continued to insist that I hadn’t been there before and spoke to the other two technicians in their native language, which included the manager. The owner also approached me and questioned where I had my nails done. Once again, I reiterated that it was at their salon, but they continued to discuss me amongst themselves.
It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional to talk about customers in front of them, especially when using the language barrier to do so. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience has convinced me that I will not be returning to Star Nails. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on treating their customers with more respect in the future.
