Terrible service, in a few words, the person who was serving me tried to scam me, altered the results of the lottery tickets and tried to pay $10 less, he took me out of line and made me wait more than half an hour to check and finally make the due payment, he tried to scam me until the last moment. Very annoying.

I literally couldn’t even get gas in there because the cashier was so busy talking on her phone and had her little five-year-old daughter behind the counter next to the register as I’m trying to get gas. She’s so occupied between her daughter and being on the phone that she does not care at all about the customers. Worst service I ever seen!

I lost my wallet while getting gas. The next day when I realized I had lost my wallet I went back to the 7-11 where I last used my wallet. It was found and kept safe until I claimed it the morning. Thanks to everyone involved in finding and in keeping my wallet safe. I always use this station and will continue. Thanks again everyone!

Horrible employees all around they are better of just collecting money from the government they do not care about anything and sadly it shows clearly throughout the store and in their attitude they need a new team all around

It was Slurpee Day and so we stopped and got gas which went well. Then my kiddos and I went inside for our Free Slurpee. The staff was wonderful since this was my first time experiencing Slurpee Day, they told me what to do and showed us to the cups. The experience was great and kind. My only reason for the 4 rating is the inside is somewhat run down and needs some corporate assistance. Nothing to do with the staff as they really went above and beyond for my family. It was a great experience and a yummy cherry Slurpee!

Muy racista el dueñoWhat do you want to deepen? that because we are Hispanic we are all thieves!!!. My daughter bought some water and the owner confronted me asking if my daughter hadn't stolen the water. but the clerk said yes and you didn't even apologize to me. RACIST!!!

My brother and sister in law were treated very rudely by your older male woek there today. It was around 3pm.The older male employee continued to raise his voice while my brother asked him to lower his voice 4 times. The other older lady with black hair eventually apologized for her co workers actions.I'm horrified at the whole scenario. I've lived here 30 years (way before 7 11 was built).As a relative and cape coral. The lack of professionalism was horrible

I go to the 711 all the time but only at night because the manager at night is very nice and Is very easy to talk to... During the day is different there is one Spanish lady that wears too much makeup that is just ready to be pushed over the edge.... One day she is going to do something to get you sued. Today I dropped some ice on the floor while getting ice coffee and she decided to throw a tantrum like a child in front of my children about it, and wanting to know who had ice coffee in the store and who made the mess.. I explained I made the mess, did she expect me to clean it up, did she expect a patron to do her job while Listening to her complain and put myself down in front of the children. Just sickening fortunately the lady working with her had enough common sense to apologize for the lady but it's ridiculous but I will not stop going in there during the day just to document your employees actions. Thanks for taking care of this in a prompt manner

Its convenient and nice but the women that work day shift through the week move slower than molasses... Thats no exaggeration, we have to get to work hustle up... Either the owner needs to emphasize the importance if being quick or hire people who already are... Its ridiculous.
