I just recently bought a Quaker parrot at this store and the employees were super kind and super helpful I’ve had her now for a couple months and she’s beautiful and healthy. I’ve seen how they hand feed and care for all the birds very lovingly so that their future owners don’t struggle in making their bird their own. Great petshop I would definitely recommend everyone to come and shop there

This place is dirty and birds & animals keeped in urine... for we purchase a 2nd bird... That was sick with respiratory problems.... After a vet visit at vizcaya animal clinic on The Prado ..paid over $110 they refuse to make ( showed a bill) any amends for any cost....to me means they ...smuggled in birds. Animals are stress and restless....BIRDS had no custom border tag. ID Chip.or IDs.....they act nice from the outside when confronted with a vet bill ...acted like once you leave..the store is not their fault... selling sick and /or stress animals.....Will be contacting humane society. Abuse animal societies please do not shop here... Selling stressed out animals.. who knows how they got there..... Thank you (. let's be The voice. )

Genuinely one of the most depressing places I've ever been in. The animals are not taken care of at all. The guinea pigs have no hides or hay, which are two basic necessities. There was a Siberian hamster and I couldn't tell if it was giving birth or if it had such a large tumor it couldn't walk, either way not appropriate. The birds were 10+ to a small cage and pulling out feathers. Signs everywhere saying no video or photo, I should have taken them anyway. I was there hours ago and cannot stop thinking about these poor animals.

The pet store looked so dirty. A bird, was flying around loose. fish tank in the front looked so cloudy and dirty.
Animals didn't look like they were very happy.

The poor animals in this place. The animals all looked sick and malnourished. Very dirty. Animals were all in small dirty enclosure and the fish tanks were all cloudy . Would have put 0 if that was an option.
