Terrible service.... Twice I have tried to come to this bank, the most detestable thing in the world, both times failed attempts, there is never anyone to help me, what they say is that the person in charge of opening the account is not there, it is Deplorable, terrible service, I don't know how this site and its disastrous employees can function! Everything there was terrible.

I've been using Chase for years unfortunately it's getting harder and harder to wanting to keep both my business and personal accounts there. The turnover rate is horrendous. It's very hard to get a hold of someone by phone if you're not right by the bank. I've been waiting 4 days for an answer on snap wire transfer instructions for a new business account and have not heard anything back. I've sent emails and when I've tried calling the bank I get a voice recording after it rings for a while seeing everyone is busy but I can call in 800 number

Kim was not helpful at all. I wanted to open a business account and she told me I can either wait or leave its my decision. Thankfully, Jason heard me telling my husband to go to another bank and he took care of me right away. Will continue to bank with Chase and Jason at this location.

The bank teller went out of her way to assist me by calling the company to confirm the business name for cashiers check. Thank you!

Elizabeth Kester was very helpful, professional, and kind this AM when I very inefficiently tried to explain my predicament. She is an asset to Chase!

I understand why this branch rating is below standard. The manager and the blond hair teller on the right needs a refresher in customer service.

This is the worst branch. They are all condescending. The branch manager Kristen Bland has the right last name. She leads by example. Looking for another bank.

Update-- Had to drop this to one star. They placed a 10 day hold on a check from my own company to this bank. Even after proving to their deposit review team that the funds have been taken from my other account, they won't release my funds to my chase account. Bills are due. They are single handedly causing a hit to my credit score by not allow my payment check to clear despite being verified. I'm not sure how that's even legal.Old 2 star review---I gave Chase bank a try because my other bank didn't have good online banking. At every possible turn so far this place has made it more difficult to run my business. Unnecessarily long holds on checks when my old banks could clear them with a phone call is completely unacceptable. There's every excuse in the book why they need to place a hold, but no real solutions are given. I don't recommend using this place if you run a business with large tranfers.

Banks are a necessary evil. You will need one if you intend to do any adulting. Every day when you don't have to go to one is better than anytime you do!

Second time I’ve had a horrible experience at this particular branch. The first time I went in to have an IRS tax form notarized that had to be done at my bank. Walked in, only one person in front of me waiting. The lady to the left in her cubicle was gracious enough to ask the gentleman in front of me if she could help him (she obviously knew him). He said no he would wait just making a deposit. She then went back to her personal phone call without asking the only other customer in line (me) if she could help. After my fairly short wait, it turns out it was her that would have to notarize my form. I then waited about another 10 minutes for her to finish her phone call at which time she told me, she wasn’t able to notarize that type of form. Went to the other branch and they did it no questions asked. Today I went in to do a wire transfer. I was in line to do it at the counter as I always do and was pulled out of line to wait for a person in a cubicle to help me. I waited for a few minutes as I watched the line move and people that came in after me walking out, I then returned to the lady that had me take a seat and asked her if I could please just get back in line and do it at the counter as I always do at which time she told me they weren’t doing wires at the counter today. I just don’t understand why people coming in after me are getting served before me for what is typically a counter activity. Will not be returning to this branch and will be driving to Del Prado from here on out.
