I would never send anyone to this agent ever! This office was awful in how they cared for me and my insurance needs. Mallory set me with a policy that come to find out my property didn't qualify for since I had previous non storm water claims. I only had that policy for thirty days. The cancellation notice came to the office which was never communicated to me. When I called and emailed the office on Saturday, I had one week to get insurance before being cancelled. I never heard back from Mallory until Thursday. She cared nothing about helping me and basically did nothing to try and figure out what Citizen policy I was able to have. The answer I received was there is nothing that can be done. Citizens was the only option and they won't insure your property. Fast forward to now. I do have insurance and with Citizens. It's the correct policy that should have been put in place to begin with. I get and understand that this is a difficult time for all insurance agents and businesses with SW Fl still healing from Hurricane Ian but, the total disregard and lack of customer service by this whole place is just not acceptable to me. This whole ordeal cost me time, money, and quite a bit of stress and disappointment.

Edwin and his team have been very helpful both during the shopping for insurance experience and after the fact. Mr Pickett even personally contacted us by phone in the days after IAN to offer help and insight into any potential claims we might have. We did not make a claim as a result of IAN but the personal attention was appreciated!!

Wouldn't answer any of my calls fir over a month after hurricane Ian wrecked our home. Auto insurance errors that would cause sleepless nights.

Policy is terminating due to the company leaving the state and amongst all this insurance turmoil; I’ve heard nothing from my agent. I’m going back to the Insurance Center of Fort Myers where I have other policies. Their customer service is spot on.
