I want to thank Harbor Rentals for a great boat rental experience. Super nice to deal with. We may have banged the Bimini and after they accessed the damage, Harbor Rentals was very fair or more than fair with cost of replacement. I would defiantly recommend them.

This was such a fantastic and easy rental for my family and I. The owner over the phone took care of our needs and answered any questions we had. In person the day of our outing the guys met us by the pontoon boat and went over details and the map. Asked if were we going fishing and pointed us in the direction for some live bait in the area a few feet ahead. My kids loved the boat ride and swimming in the warm waters. We saw dolphins and manatees a few times. Caught some cat fish and really had a great time. We will be returning for sure!! Hands down one the of the best experiences we could have asked for. I recommend for sure!!

Great location with a few restaurants and coffee cafes on location, easy access and parking and friendly staff. My only complaint is the pontoons need to either be refinished or replaced. The first pontoon I reserved was in terrible condition and frankly a disappointment. All of the upholstery was torn and in disrepair. They assigned us a different boat after I complained and it was a slight improvement. Garmin GPS/Depth unit and radio didn't work. I drove 7 hours for this adventure, invited friends from Cape Coral and Miami to join me and entertain them for the day. The appearance of our rental(s) was my only disappointment. There are other rental options in the area for the same price with better maintained boats. Something management should take into consideration.

Kevin made our trip effortless. From making our reservations, to arriving and having our boat ready & waiting for us to ending our day easily by pulling up and having staff help us unload our boat. We had a great day on the water and enjoyed some drinks and Sushi at Rumrunners afterwards. We will definitely be back. Thanks Kevin!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE JACK LEGS, WHAT A SCANDALOUS OPERATION!!!!!!I rented a pontoon for 2 days and let me tell you, what a piece of garbage, the boat was trashed. Seats have splits with stuffing coming out, most of the access hatches had broken hinges, the throttles were in serious need of adjusting, the motor would randomly rev itself while in neutral, the "stereo didn't work" which in fact is the speaker wiring that looks to have burnt, the damn boat wouldn't go faster than 10 knots, they must have placed a governor to minimize speed, the horn didn't work so they put an air horn in the safety box, an airhorn I removed from the package, assembled as necessary and placed at the helm incase a situation should arise where I would need it, can you believe the bonehead at the dock called me out for having it out of the safety box, are you freaking serious? The operation of this place is an absolute joke, no one wants to take any responsibility for the problems we encountered, the knucklehead working the dock couldn't even provide me the number for his boss, he had to go look "Juan's" number up, I'm guessing it's a dead end number. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and the USCG for this fraudulent operation. Read the fine print in their rules/regs, there is NO situation where you will get a refund, NEVER!! They cancel your reservation if you don't pick up within an hour of your reserve time and hold you accountable for any slight deviation from their policies BUT don't dare expect them to adhere to any regulations they're expected to. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF USCG REQUIRED EQUIPMENT ON BOARD THE VESSEL WAS EXPIRED SINCE MAY 2022, a violation I would be held accountable for had I been stopped and to worsen the situation my USCG active duty son was aboard this vessel, he'll be the individual addressing the MANY safety regulations they are violating as we noted SEVERAL on ALL OF THEIR VESSELS. I would strongly recommend you look for a responsible company, not a derelict fleet of boats that may or may not provide a safe and enjoyable boating situation, this is NOT that company. I am not including pictures in this post as they may end up being evidence for my credit card company but rest assured, everything I have mentioned here has a picture to represent the condition of these boats and the number of safety violations each one represents.

I rented a pontoon with my family to see the mangroves around Coral/Pine.The Bad:This was the ugliest vessel I've ever traveled in. The upholstery was ripped and weathered, the exterior was dented all over, the sun canopy was bolted shut, the engine made a terrible screeching sound, the electrical didn't always work upon start up, and the anchor was caked in rust. They had nicer looking boats; I dunno why they gave us the worst one - certainly not what we expected from $325+.The next biggest problem was the advice they gave us. We were told that we could go anywhere we wanted, in this dinky bi-toon (with certain exceptions here and there). This was NOT true at all; we got our @#$ kicked out on the main channel, which is kind of essential knowledge for newcomers to the area. The tin can could only reach a max speed of 10 mph, and we took on water with every wave we took. It was a scary experience that made us want to quit early.The Good:The guy was at least *friendly* when he gave us the worst advice and worst boat ever.The Verdict:The way this place treated us, we got the impression that this is one of those "take the dumb tourist's money" kind of places. I can't recommend this place to anybody. If this is their first bad review on Google, believe me when I say that I take no pleasure in doing so.

Great place to rent a boat. Boat was clean, great shape and ready for us to use. My wife booked the 8 hour rental for us as a gift. Captain Gary was awesome in the booking process and the people on deck were more than accommodating. As a person who runs a business it is important to give great reviews. People always want to give reviews when things don’t go as planned, but fail to give reviews when positive. If your looking for a boat rental the people at Harbour rentals surely didn’t Disappoint. If I could have given 10 stars we would have. Everyone was professional can’t say enough about the whole team. Would definitely rent from them again….

My family and I had the best time ever! We rented boats and got the ultimate VIP experience...we got picked up in a hummer, then we got a private tour on golf carts of Cape Harbour, finished each day on the boats!!! So much fun can't wait til we go back!! And this was all thanks to Mr. Dennis Bessey!!! Make sure to look him up if you are in the area.....He even accommodated my Dog!!!! Thanks Again!!!!

We rented a pontoon boat. They are in excellent condition compared to most other rental boats we have used for a little better price. Gary and Bonnie provided excellent service when we returned and were easy to work with. The location in Cape Harbor was very convenient for going out to the river or gulf.

My wife and I had a great experience today(8-11-2020)...We reserved a pontoon boat for half a day. The guy from Harbor Rental was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I don't remember his name, but I do remember he said he just moved to Cape Coral from Road Island.The boat was very clean and ran really well too.

Harbour rentals is a great company to rent a boat from. Our boat was very well maintained, very clean and had great music speakers to play music from. The staff is very friendly. Dennis the owner is extremely nice and Gary is a great tour guide and driver. Would definitely recommend.
