Store manager 'Mitch' is extremely rude and unprofessional. Drove 15 minutes to grab a specific bottle of alcohol. I showed up a few minutes before closing time and they already had the doors locked. I kindly explained I drove 15 minutes and it isn't closing time yet, there were a few minutes left before closing with only one person checking out. I was literally looking at the bottle with my payment in hand ready to pay. It is not right to lock your doors 5 minutes before closing time and not allow people to come in for a quick 30 second transaction even before closing time. Mitch was extremely irate and rude to me for no reason. He said the registers lock after 8 and there were still 3 minutes before 8. My transaction would of definitely been quicker than 3 minutes. Absolutely speechless and appalled at how horrendous the poor the customer service, leadership, and management is here. Huge thumbs down.Would be great if someone could flag this to corporate. Mitch should not be in a position of leadership.

I needed 2 new tires and even though they had a full schedule, they still added me to their schedule. I have never seen a more professional and kind group of gentleman in an auto center. The very next day, I ran over a nail and one of my new tires was completely flat! This happened after the auto center was already closed. Matt, one of the mechanics, was still in the shop (although his shift was over) he didn't even hesitate with fixing my tire. Nowadays it is very rare for someone to show care and respect like Matt showed me. I tell everyone how great All of the staff is at Sam's club in Cape Coral! Thank you again!

So let me first say I have been going to Samsclub for years for my medicine and this is by far the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They always over charge me since I UPGRADED to a PLUS membership. I always let them know and whoever is helping me fixes it. So no biggie even though it’s every month. So yesterday I go to pick up my meds and I informed Suzanne this and I don’t know if she misunderstood me or what. But I tried to tell her they are not the right prices and I guess it upset her. Most not all of the time she would talk when I was trying to talk and so I was done and wanted to leave I had somewhere I needed to be. I asked for my meds after I already paid for them and it took me asking again and being rude to her for her to finally give me my meds. I called a few hours later to talk to a pharmacist and Suzanne answer after being on hold for a little bit she came back on the phone and said the pharmacist was on the other line so I gave her my number and she started to talk to me about earlier and because she kept interrupting I was annoyed and asked for the pharmacist to return a call. Well the pharmacist never called me it’s been almost 24 hours. I guess this is how Samsclub treats there customers now. I might be going to BJ’s for now on.

Please be Kind Yo The Employees.Half the customers apparently think its theyre right to abuse and curse at the over worked and under paid emplyees.Of which there are very few.

I had a tire problem and went back to Cape Coral Sam's Club for road hazard service. Let me say that I have never seen a more professional team in any of Sam's or Walmart's facilities. I came into contact with Rudy, Matt and Sean, and they were all very professional, courteous and helpful. If everyone is like those 3 then count your blessings. I don't know what you pay these men, but it is not enough.Thank you for great employees,Charles K. Nix

I have been using this Sam's pharmacy for a while now and they have always went above and beyond to help. I have been in situations where they were simply happy to help but to me going without the medication would've been agony. After already loving them, I was diagnosed with the flu on December 23 and called to ask about same day delivery. Amy (I think) helped so much in getting it scheduled, then there was an issue and she called me back to ask if someone could pick it up. She helped so much, with so many questions & answers, and at the end said "thank you for being so understanding" and I wanted to laugh because I felt the same about her. She was so eager to get me the Tamiflu ASAP (hence the date). Good customer service is one thing, but they take it much further. I switched because I moved to a place where Sam's is the most convenient and now if I moved again and they were the least convenient, I would still stay with them!!!!! Thank you, pharmacy staff!

The gas lines are pretty long and the process could be quicker but the receipt portion takes way to long. I do like the ap but my bank denies the sale as suspicious so I have to use Sams credit card. Less time at the pump love the ap
