Just moved down here and had my wic office fax over my sons papers to only be told they never got them when they did. No one ever picks up the phone there’s two or three different numbers I have to try everyday in order to get ahold of someone and to no avail my son still has no wic in Florida and I’m tired of it.

WIC - Good luck trying to get to anyone through the phone lines. Long wait times or no answer at all. Oh and not sure why they schedule appointment times or time windows. All my phone appointments have been almost impossible to recieve my benefits for my son. Schedule for 10am they will call u once at 8am and not leave a message then u have to chase them down trying to call back and get to a representative..

Impossible to get through on the phone. I don't even know why they bother to publisher telephone number. You can't get anyone. There's no operator. You can't connect to any actual human being. It's absolutely useless.

The lady's that work in this office were very Pleasing to work with! HOWEVER the gentleman working in the front had a horrible attitude. Wouldn't recommend him.

This location only offers WIC (Women, infants, and children program) the main office in Sanford has other departments. Everything else close out here many years ago due to budget costs.

Does anyone even work there????? The phone rings and rings and nobody picks it up. Chalk another one up for the disgusting public Florida Health Care system that is a joke!!!!!!
Update—-Over a week later and nobody still picks up the phone or it disconnects you. This place must be a joke.

This location has always been exceedingly rude to me on my visits. The workers at the windows have horrible customer service. They are short, talk over you, and are condescending. I loathe visiting this office. The woman who takes the blood is incredible. She is great at distracting my child from what is occurring. She is cheerful and friendly. The health advisors have always been average to friendly on these visits. I have no complaints for them either. So I grade two stars as these women redeem the front desk to a minor degree. The Sanford office is very warm and friendly all the time and I will permanently switch to their location after today's visit here.
