I came to Valvoline Instant oil change in casselberry. What a great experience! Very thorough, communicative and they show you everything from your air filter to cabin air filter. I didn’t have to get out of my 4Runner, this is how an oil change should be. I highly recommend coming here for your vehicles services. Went here for a simple oil change. The guy hooked me up with a coupon that was superior to the one I brought in. They tried to sell me some filters but weren't too pushy. In and out in 20 minutes which included a short wait in line. Great overall experience.

I came in today for an oil change. It turned out that my oil pan plug was worn out. The manager, Bruce was really good about helping me out. He went to 2 different stores to find the plug that I needed. Thanks for the great service!

5 stars all around went in over the weekend- the guys were super efficient and always smiling looked like they truly enjoy the job. Bruce, Jason and Guison were very helpful and fast thanks to all the others as well that helped!

My car needed an oil change, so I found their coupon for $10 off and went in for it. The tech found one of the plastic connections was broken, which I did a temporary fix on it. They replaced the filter for an additional $20 charge and made sure the tires had pressure on them to the necessary amounts before getting me back on the road. Quick service, which I truly appreciated.
