The pharmacy portion of this CVS has lost my family's business. Marissa should not be an employee at this pharmacy. She is rude, impatient, will not answer questions, is unprofessional and yells at customers. She knew she was in trouble when we asked for the store manager and then laughed in our faces and stomped off. The pharmacist and the store manager were very professional, helpful, and answered our questions and helped us.

They have some of the rudest clerks in the pharmacy but I have no choice and I have to put up with their disgusting attitude because its the only one that is authorized by tricare hopefully more people will complain about them and get them removed from the list of pharmacies we have to use

This pharmacy just shut the gate on my face after sitting in line for 10 minutes, then went inside and got some rude unprofessional excuses from their dirty staff.

Pharmacy CLOSES for lunch. I saw about 10 people there during their "open hours." You would think they would have a rotation schedule for their lunch so they can stay open.

On the many times I've had to visit CVS here in Chipley, Florida I've always had great assistance from the staff especially when I have all my random questions and there are usually a lot. I run errands here for a friend of mine that has a 6mth a 2 yr and a 12 yr old however I dont have any kids so ive been leaning a lot lol and I can ask any staff member and they get results. Professional as well approachable and well spoken. Thanks CVS

Extremely rude customer service in the pharmacy. I went to get a PCR test done and went through the drive thru. I heard the pharmacy tech walk away and say "a covid test right as I am about to clock out." I would have gotten a test where I lived and where they are much nicer, but they do not do the PCR test there. I will definitely think twice before coming back here again.

I can never get through via phone to the pharmacy or the front store. I call during business hours. I do all the prompts correctly and never get through to speak to someone. It has been this way for a few months now. It is VERY inconvenient, especially when you have questions about a medication for your child or questions about an item in the store.

Pharmacy Manager Malory needs to be replaced. Her attitude and treatment of patients is deplorable. She encourages this attitude within her staff. I have no doubt that she has violated HIPPA laws, with her gossiping behind the counter, at the pharmacy. I have so many different instances where she has treated me badly, delayed the process of approving my new meds with insurance, denying me medications prescribed by my doctors because of her discretion. 2 days ago, she denied me post-op medications, for an emergency surgery, prescribed with 2 different doctors approval. I was originally supposed to have this surgery planned for 3 weeks from now. But there were complications. I called the pharmacy 3 weeks ago, to make sure that Pharmacy Manager Mallory was not going to give me any issues with my post op meds...The pharmacist I spoke to said there would be no issue. The day of the surgery, they said that they needed secondary verification at 4:45pm when the doctors office had already closed. I said ok, I will call the dr in the morning to speak to you. The following morning , they received verification that the prescription was valid and necessary for post-op pain for 5-7 days, from both the Surgeon and my Pain management Dr. (who handles my chronic injuries, from a trauma which caused PTSD as well). I am not sure what this woman's problem is, but she has some issues that she clearly needs to address. To me, she has been unkind, apathetic, rude, dismissive and has gone out of her way to hurt me, and make me feel embarrassed about the medicines that I need to take. I would say that she could really benefit from some sensitivity training. The other day, before my emergency surgery, I had called to ask a question about the medication and the pharmacy tech, asked for my name and birthdate. When the Tech looked at my information coming up on the screen, she asked "what did you do?" I replied "what do you mean?" she said "you must have really done something to make Malory mad!" I asked her what that meant. I asked her what she was looking at, that would make her say something like that. She said she couldn't tell me. I wouldn't trust this pharmacy, if you are chronically ill, or have surgeries or depend on medications, in order to be able to have a semi-decent quality of life. Not until they make some serious changes with their standard of care within their pharmacy department. You may be wondering how I could share all of this very personal information about myself.....well Pharmacy Manager Mallory has already made me feel so humiliated, I don't mind sharing these bits of information, if it helps prevent another person from being put in my position. I have also spoken to CVS corporate about this. I don't know that they took me as seriously as they said they were, and that they are really going to take action.....so I am writing this, to make sure at least some kind of warning gets out there, incase they don't respond to this situation appropriately. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Bate & Switch - Stopped at CVS to pick up some vitamins. A CVS employee new what I was looking for and showed me where they were. She said your its your luck day, they are on sale for $10... and that's what the price tag showed. At the checkout (a different CVS employee) rang me up and said that will be $17.... I said wait a minute, they were CLEARLY marked $10 and change. Then he tells me that price is only valid with a CVS card. Next he collected my personal information (name, email, ...) so I could get a CVS card, then comes back with the price is only valid if you buy two bottles of vitamins. Needless to say I walked out without purchasing the vitamins.
