Absolute worst accountant I've ever used. I was looking for someone local who I could work with directly, and months later after being ignored and passed around, I found out it's "actually a very large firm." It literally took four months for them to just answer the question- had they filed an extension for me. When I finally got someone to talk to me in September, she was very impatient and even insulted me and made it clear that she did NOT want to spend any time helping me with my tax return or questions that I was frankly over-paying for. Then they had to redo my returns TWICE because they didn't listen to or incorporate anything I'd shared in writing when I hired what I thought was one accountant, and in September was told he was actually a salesman, back in February. There isn't even an unsubscribe button on their marketing emails. RUN AWAY.

I used services that company for 2022/2021 taxes, personal and business. Company went above and beyond to achieve best and acutrate tax return for me and my family. I loved that I had constant same tax attorney that was helping me though out my case and not abstract different every time tax attorney. I love that I could use text messages to communicate and not phone calls. Every request was answered same day. 5 star. Recommend everyone with moderate/high difficulty taxes.

Holly Love has been super helpful throughout this tax season. This is our first year using Action Accounting and although I feel like improvements can be made in your process, I’m hopeful those kinks will be ironed out by next year. Holly Love made the process better.

I worked almost exclusively with Holly. She was the forefront to all our inquiries and responses. Throughout the filing process we experienced some missed communications along the way; however, together we worked through them and am pleased with the final result. What a horrible experience. They totally screwed up my taxes.PEOPLE STAY AWAY!They charged my CC for services not prior notified and approved. I called, emailed, and got ignored until i called CC and reversed payments - then I got their attention. However, they messed up my taxes and I was no longer interested in participating on their unprofessionalism and cut off my ties and losses.

They sell you on services then jhst piece meal out their acounts to online uneducated people.we went through multiple :accountants: that all quit or literally said its my first day. Dont get involved with this scam

Horrible experience. I had to contact Susan asking for updates and she explained that she forgot that I had left her with my documents and retainer. I filed my taxes with the initial 250$ retainer and was told this amount should be all the company needed since it was a basic tax return. So by my surprise an additional 250$ was taken out a month later. I left Susan a voicemail extremely upset as I did not approve of an additional $250 to be taken out of my account. She did not respond. Instead I had to go to the office in an attempt to understand the situation and an employee contacted a manager. He explained why I was charged/apologized and that they would do better at communicating in the future but there was nothing they could do. Never again.

The response rate is so slow. I have not even spoken to my tax guy Jake in over 2 years! When prepping my taxes I kept getting sent info that was not correct, even the tax document I had to sign! Then to top it off, I received a bill from the IRS saying that I still owe more. When I call, there is no one that ever answers the phone. I leave a message, four or five days later I’m still waiting for a response! If you’re looking for quality customer service and quality tax preparation this is not the place!!!!

After almost 30 years of having horrible books I finally got them fixed. The team at Action Accounting has done a fantastic job for me. I would highly recommend them.
