Terrible customer service. My Dad reported a hacking attack and the Fidelity rep told him that it was closing time and to call back the next day. By the time he called back they said that it was too late to stop the unauthorized wire transfer. Go to Charles Schwab or Vanguard instead who actually care about protecting customers assets.

Fidelity isn’t a bank more of investments. Sure they have a cash management account you can use for direct deposit but all this transactions you guys are trying to do isn’t going to happen. Everytime you need to you can call them they answer. You will get fidelity on the phone, it may not be in exactly Clearwater but you can get them on the phone and any transaction you can imagine is on the app not in person like your local credit union. That’s where the frustration is coming from.

They do not do any transactions here or at the Tampa location. Went to see if I can withdraw from my IRA and they couldn't even print or write a check. How is this customer service? Ended up doing it on the app in the parking lot and am going to have to wait like 10 days to get the check.

This company is no longer a fiduciary. They can push products that make the advisors more money but make you less. Read the conflict of interest disclosure on their website. Since this happened I have seen my net gains decrease.

This company must be going out of business. I have called them on at least 4 occasions and waited a total of 2.5 hours on hold. No one answers the phone! Even though I have been a customer for a number of years it is totally impossible to contact them. I sent an email and received no reply. They have an office nearby and there is no way to call there either. This use to be a great company. They had good service. I might contact this company once a year if that. It seems unless you have the CEO's cellphone number you will not be calling anyone if you have serious questions about taxes, your account and questions about your portfolio. Disappointing is perhaps too nice a word to describe my experience.

Andrew R. was very unprofessional. He seemed annoyed with every question and I was there a total of 3 minutes. Only reason I went there was because I waited over an hour to try and reach an advisor over the phone. He was even critical of customer in front of me for not using the app...customer proceeded to show him his flip phone. He did help me resolve a problem that was a very simple fix. Overall, poor customer service from this Fidelity branch.

when all other business are opening, including banks for personalized service, fidelity continues to show its lack of interest in their clients.!!!We could understand the need for appointments, but fidelity's lack of interest begs the question, " is there not a better option for customer service.Even our personal advisor demonstrates total lack of involvement.P.J.A.
