Didn't care for the guy at the counter being so pushy about insurance coverage. Never had a hold of 250 on my credit card the last 4 times I rented a car. I didn't find out till it popped up on my phone for security. It's been a few days and hold is still on. I'm a member at budget but doesn't mean anything

Great car. The clerk at pickup (PIE) was very friendly--saw I was travelling with kids and recommended a van instead of the 7 passenger SUV. It was TOTALLY worth the minor extra charge. Made the trip 100% better, I'm sure.

Absolute easiest car rental return experience I have ever had which was much needed since we were traveling with two toddlers. There was a clerk with a positive attitude present at 5:15am to help guide and direct us to save us time and put us at ease.
