Walked in to get some flowers for the Mrs birthday. Told her I didn't really know what I wanted but she likes lilies, and wow she put together a beautiful bouquet! Super affordable and the wife loved it

It bugs me that after multiple phone calls confirming the time and delivery of my flowers for my event, the flowers were late and there was no follow up phone call or apology for the misstep and most of the pictures I have of the tables are bare because the flowers did not arrive until after the event was in progress. I am not sure what extra flowers you are referring to in your response to this review as I paid $400 for five arrangements and received five arrangements late. Unless you are referring to the time you made another mistake on a delivery of mine and made another delivery to correct the original error. Additionally, not that it matters at this point but before you stopped taking my calls the day of the event when I was looking for the flowers, you said the notes said that the party started at 3pm (at no point was the event considered to be that late) on Sunday (at the very beginning considered but changed early on to Saturday). After my grandmothers passing I called and went over the date and time, as it was no longer going to be a birthday party, but a celebration of life. When I paid the balance I went over the date and time, but was not sure how early the delivery could be. On the last call for my final counts I even specified 11:30am delivery on Saturday, but no later than 1pm as that was when the event started.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The most amazing experience, on a day that I needed all the help I could get. I purchased the Soft Serenity Floor Basket for my Uncle’s Celebration of Life. The customer service that I received is indescribable. It honestly felt like I called a family member to arrangement this for me, that’s how touched and grateful Janie Beane’s Florist Shop made me feel. The care and thoughtfulness that went into every part of my experience has made me a fan for life! This woman is an angel on earth. She went above and beyond wrapping a gift basket I was putting together for a fund raiser. I was in tears when I left because of her kindness and generous spirit. 100% recommend supporting this amazing business. 10% off all profits go back into the community and she supports an amazing charity as well. I ordered flowers for valentines day about a week ahead. I wanted them to be there before my girlfriend was leaving work about 12noon. I was told the only way they could guarantee it was to get them there by 8AM and they checked on it and said that was fine. At near 12:30 I called because I didn't get a confirmation from them, only to find out that they didn't get them there, seemed to have trouble finding the order, then said it was on a truck. I was furious because I sent them to her work so others knew she had a valentine. I cancelled the order and they were nice enough to refund it. Unfortunately Valentines Day is once a year. Also, I kept a copy of the invoice they sent me that states clearly 8-12 in case anyone disputes this order.

I called to say how disappointing it was to receive these dying roses, which were already shedding for $75 and was promised to call back which never came. How embarrassing these are to give for a gift for Valentine's Day. No excuse that they are busy as these were ordered a week ago.

My husband and I ordered gorgeous flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday from this florist for same-day delivery today. The rates were very reasonable, especially considering we needed same day delivery. The flowers look just like what we selected on the website and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company and their bouquets.
