No place to dance. We've seen several amazing concerts at Ruth Eckerd but you're pretty much stuck in your theater style chairs. How can you watch a Bee Gees band and stay seated? It's a lovely place with expensive drinks and wonderful shows.

Really enjoyed the FOUR Tops and the Temptations. I know sound checks are done, but the orchestra blasted too loudly. The groups were heard over the music, but a better balance between the two would, imo, have improved the experience .

The acoustics were pretty rough, and for $400 worth of tickets, I had to pay $200 in taxes and fees. Not a good experience for the price.

Beautiful venue. I just wish they had a center isle, so you didn't have to squeeze through a ton of people to get to your seats. Speaking of seats, they are all great views.

Beautiful venues, incredibly disappointing policies.
For some reason, they refuse to sell tickets that will leave a seat by itself. I am only one person. I often go to shows alone. This is a new trend that is emerging where I am limited in my options for what tickets I am able to purchase, often times having to wait for them to release wheelchair/companion seats for me to purchase on the day of the show. This just doesn't feel fair.
And I don't think a $17 "convenience fee" is appropriate when I have had to make several phone calls and several inquiries to the website in an attempt to buy this ticket. Exactly where is the convenience that I am paying for? I did more work than you to facilitate this purchase and it took me three days of back and forth to get it done.
Ultimately, I want the same option for good seats that everybody else gets but I am finding more and more my options are limited and they just don't seem to care. Stop discriminating again solo patrons; I should be able to buy whatever seat I want to view the performance from. REMINDER: you are the business, the burden of selling all of the tickets is on you, why are you making it my problem?
While I am here, please stop making people who just want to buy a bottle of water wait in the same drink line as people who are ordering mixed drinks. I have waited over 30 minutes in line for a bottle of water on many occasions. It just seems like you could be doing things better.
I did buy the ticket for the show but I will be seriously considering if I patronize this company again. It feels discriminatory regardless of what Janet in the ticket office says. You had tickets to sell, you wouldn't sell them to me. What is not discriminatory about that?
Do better. Or don't. I will cease to care after this is posted.

Very confusing if you've never been there before. Several different theaters in the same complex. If you end up in the wrong parking lot, it can be a lengthy walk "trying" to find the appropriate theater. Parking attendants no help in directing you to the lot closest to your theater.

The show was incredible, however , I do not recommend the dining package or the fast food section! Extremely disappointing. Dine at your favorite restaurant before the show or dine at home.

Great place for what seems like an intimate concert even in the back.

Book of Mormon was ruined by late arrivals moving thru the seats.
If they are late "30 minutes+" they should wait till intermission.
Disrespectful of the cast and VERY irritating to the patrons.
Yes I understand those people had bought tickets. Perhaps at the next event the facility will keep this in mind.

We came to this venue to see Dancing With the Stars tour. Clean facilities, courteous staff. There were issues with stock and parking chaos, but that has more to do with the number of people than it does with the venue. I recommend.

I’m attending Four Tops and Temptation Show, 3/4/25. Sitting in row GG the sound system is awful. Cant hear the individual voices can’t understand what they are saying. Sound is muffled and unclear. I want a refund it’s so bad. I can’t believe it. I’ve been here serval times before but seats weee upfront closer. Not worth the full price tickets I purchased.
