Would give negative stars if possible. My mother opened a nail salon 7 months ago, signed a contract that said her sign would be done between a month and two months. That was in 2022. We are now in March of 2023. They had stretched out the process longer than what was said in the contract, which ultimately hurt my mother’s business. The sign has just been finished about a week or two ago, and I can honestly say if we had our sign finished around the time we were quoted, our business would have been so much better. Just in a week we had gained so many new customers just by the sign being lit up. Dominic had came into our salon a couple days ago, forcing my mother to pay. Would not leave unless my mother wrote her card information down, which I believe anyone would be hesitant to do. My mother swore she would fill out the form online, and he would not leave. Before he left, he made a statement saying if my mother did not pay by the next day at 7 pm, he would show up at our salon again. What is that supposed to mean?? I have video recording as proof. We had even asked if “if you were in our shoes, would you be upset”, he said of course i would. So please tell me why are you standing in this salon badgering and forcing a customer to pay when the customer had to wait around 7 months for her sign to be finished. If you can stretch out the time to finish the sign, you can be more than patient to receive your payment. My mother is a busy woman trying to get her business going. It is not that hard to resend an email, because she didn’t see it. Do better.

This is an incredible team of professionals. I have enjoyed working with them over the last five years. I called them today about when they could fix our lighting system. They told me they already been out to look at the issue and the parts are ordered, we are first on the list when the parts get in their hands. We are excited to continue this partnership of keeping lights on in Pinellas Park.

If you are a company in their extended network, I would advise against doing business with them. They will not respond to my emails or meet their payment terms. I own SPF Window Tinting, they contracted us out to help on one of their installs.

As in ANY business there will ALWAYS be someone who posts negativity. We have it at our place as well. An Insurance company "totals" out a Customer's car, the customer gets upset with US!!! We are a collision shop, in the business of FIXING VEHICLES, not sending them to the junk yard, yet we will get bad reviews like, "we are in bed with the Insurance Co." it is just plain RIDICULOUS!! I am here to tell you Thomas Signs is AMAZING!! The fact that the MAJORITY of their reviews are EXTREMELY POSITIVE is why WE USE THEM!! I have had Thomas signs out here more than once, for different jobs, ALWAYS KIND, FAST, REASONABLY PRICE, and EFFICIENT. Matter of fact I will be calling them today for another job. People: use common sense when reading reviews, go with the majority!!

do not use this company they got thifs working for them this guys came to a job and took several tools from me,call them about the matter and they never did anything about it do not use them and if you are make sure there is no tools near by because they will tale them !!!!

We contracted Thomas Signs and Awning to do several projects for us. Our practice needed channel lettering and the team has been stellar from start to finish. You can tell they've been doing this for a long time. Highly recommend!

Recently had Thomas Sign and Awning come out to my business to repair our lighted pylon sign. They were unable to give me an estimate up front to repair the sign because they didn't know what they would find inside. Ultimately, they had to bring the bucket truck twice and two men spend the majority of the day replacing wiring, ballasts and tubes. The bill I received seemed incredibly fair for the amount of work that they did. They could have easily charged me three times as much and it would have seemed appropriate, but they didn't take advantage of the situation. I'll be using them more.

Great atmosphere, the front desk receptionist is very nice and polite person I felt very comfortable. Had an interview on the spot. I was calmer and felt very welcomed.
