Ive always hated this store, they have the EXACT same brand of clothes sold in Forever21 and Papaya for triple the cost. Pathetic and tacky just like your employees.

TERRIBLE customer service!!!! One employee gave us a hard time when we asked for help taking down a dress. Once we were ready to check out no one came to help for some time until I had to go and find someone. I said “would you please be able to check us out?”
And she just looked at me, didn’t say a single word, rolled her eyes and walked to the desk. Absolutely terrible attitudes and no pleasantries. Don’t know why both employees had a problem and attitude but definitely didn’t make the experience enjoyable. Sorry you hate your jobs ladies :/

I had a very disappointing experience at this store.
The sales associate Victoria was not only rude and dismissive, but also made me feel as though I was being singled out because of my ethnicity. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. No customer should ever have to experience prejudice while shopping. I will not be returning and hope management takes this issue seriously.

I’d rather get a root canal with no drugs then go Homecoming dress shopping with a teenager but my experience at the Clearwater Windsor turned my entire day around. The ladies at Windsor deserve some extra appreciation for their efforts. Not only is dress shopping miserable, but they’re dealing with dozens of moms and teenage girls who have never been so indecisive in their lives. Their patience never wavered. Positive attitudes constantly. Sophie/Sophia (sorry I forgot already) is an Angel. She picked my daughter’s hoco dress and was so helpful the entire tram. The only thing missing from the entire experience was some champagne for the moms with tired credit cards. Thanks Windsor! Will return! 🤣

I had looked for an wedding guest dress at all the main stores but couldn't find anything suitable. Windsor have the most beautiful dresses and accessories. I not only found the exact color and size it was also on sale!!
The store is immaculate and so well laid out 💕

Rude and unmannerly I came in to look for a dress with my boyfriend and I needed a fitting room there was no one there to give me one and all of the curtains were shut besides the one in the handicapped
I didn’t see an attendant or a line I don’t know which fitting rooms are taken or if the curtains or just shut we needed to just quickly see which dress worked so I just went into the handicapped fitting room since it was open
As I’m mid changing literally naked I get a pound and aggressive knock followed by “we have a handicap customer who needs this room.”
Unbelievably rude and disgusting approach to the situation an appropriate response would have been a light knock and an “ excuse me sorry for interrupting would you mind switching fitting rooms so we can give this room to the handicapped customer?” Such a disturbing experience

Today we were in the store, my 10-month-old daughter took some earrings that I WAS GOING TO PAY, the very arrogant employee and with a horrible attitude told me, you can't put them on again because your daughter had them in her mouth, she didn't even let me bring the box first I didn't even know if I was going to buy them, the worst of the services, buying in the store, I prefer the one in Tampa, we won't go back to this place, but know how to deal with customers BETTER LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB.

Went to return something they didn't want to do it because the tag was off off the item which is okay but the attendant smacking her gum the whole time she's talking to you is very unprofessional and rude and they just come off as rude whenever your In there they never say hi or welcome I've been going her for 10 years and this is the first time I've had this problem and it just makes you feel uncomfortable to be in there

The 5 stars is due to the experience I had dealing with Victoria today. She helped me find what I was looking for, even went and got my size of the mannequin. She also confirmed that is hold size down for a better fit. She was so pleasant and was honestly the best employee in there today!

Clearwater countryside mall location horrible service from the 2 cashiers 1 with pink hair , 1 with bangs & glasses . They did not let me get an item from the mannequin, & they quickly went to gossip about me at the cash register in front of other customers, in front of me that the other customers & even were all looking back at me all because I wanted something from the mannequin and they said no. When it was my turn to check out, they didn’t say a word to me and everybody else they said hi how are you? HORRIBLE service from these employees. They should treat EVERYONE the same.

Your sales attendant is forcing everyone to give their private information. When customers refuse to give their personal information (first name, last name, email, and phone number) the one employee said you absolutely cannot return the product. I will upload the employee’s name and photo here but I don’t think it’s appropriate at this moment. She is a tall black girl with short curly hair who was working at the clearwater store Saturday April 19, 2025 around 4pm. It is a violation of customer’s privacy to be forced to give their private information.

Absolute horrible customer service. Placed an online order at the register and the girl couldn’t even spell my name right even after I gave her my ID. Had to call customer service the next day to double check on my order.

Thursday late afternoon, my daughter and I decided to visit Countryside Mall in search of a prom dress.
We headed over to Windsor and began our search. We picked out a few, I asked one of the employees about a specific dress in which that conversation led into me giving her more details of what we were looking for.
I have to say: she possessed GREAT retail skills!
She had good verbal communication, attentive to details, knew about the productos/dresses, knew how to multitask, responded to questions while at the register. She was super efficient!
She is a GREAT asset to Windsor! We will be visiting soon to show her prom pictures!
