My experience with the service department has been a nightmare no one seems to follow protocol. I have asked to speak with general manager several times and still have not spoke with him. Please do not take your car here for any services. They will lie about things and then cover it up.

Always a pleasure getting service done here. Efficient and helpful. Only have had routine maintenance and a fuel door actuator but good experience each time.

I took my small car (smart for two model) to Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek to have the AC checked.For this service alone they charged me $347 and gave me an estimate of $960 to recharge the AC.This seems like an exaggeration to me.
