Ok, the call system of all Walgreens sucks, you need to speak with a machine and then hear the covid information over and over on every branch you call. THe only chat system will point to schedule system that let you make an appointment for a Walgreens pharmacy that dont even do vaccines. But this is the Walgreens you need to call and go if you need a vaccine. The process was quick and smooth. Thats why the 5 stars despite that the company SUCKS at being organize and customer orientated systems

If I could give it a zero I would , after they tell me my medication will be ready in 2 hours for simple blood pressure medication. I show up at 5:59pm the close at 6 and they tell me no . Come tomorrow at 10 am !!!! I need my medication!!!! They just turn me away cause there lazy !!!!

Wow. Just came to buy a toothbrush and left feeling like dirt. I annoyed the already miserable cashier by showing 30 mins before they close. I come in she doesn’t say hello, that’s fine. I go to cash register and she shouts “HERE!!” From the photo section. Very rude to me and accuses me of not putting in my number. She kept shouting Nathan. She is the worst and this confirms why I always choose cvs instead: she should be fired or given some lessons or courses in customer service. Dont worry won’t be coming back.

Worst customer service experience ever, EVERY TIME! Again for the second time , confirming you don’t even need to bother. Just buy on Amazon. They advertise products online that they do not even have in this and find anybody to help you to save your life. This store unequivocally sucks and I’m being kind. I won’t even buy pharmaceuticals from them never again

I have been using this location for years but on my last visit Noelle in the pharmacy was so rude to me that I have decided to switch my prescription pickup to the Weston Rd location. I read through the other reviews and I see that I am not the only one. Sad.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!! People have medical emergencies and need their medication. A pharmacist from another store is calling you and NO ONE PICKS UP. Ridiculous!!!!

This store leaves a lot to be desired (to put it mildly). However, I got a passport photo done here recently & it was actually a positive experience. Unfortunately, their customer service record is abysmal. Noticed they have a new young man at the register on the regular & he’s been a big improvement. Moving in the right direction, I remain hopeful. ?. (Side note: Pharmacy Customer Service- except for the manager - is non-existent & bit of a disaster…)

Horrible customer service! Finally have decided to drive out to Weston to the pharmacy there. Tired of the experience I have when trying to do business here. The staff is rude, every last person I’ve ever had to deal with, simply rude.Go to Weston, I had Ricky who was absolutely amazing. It’ll be worth the drive.

Dont bother trying to use digital coupons, cashier nor the manager will help you. Totally pointless! Cashier carmen has terrible customer service, tells me she cant help me oh well. The manager on duty didnt get her name, she has glasses and curly hair tells me i need an actual paper coupon huh, what is the point of clipping them. I work in customer service that is not how you treat customers at all.

This is the 2nd time this pharmacy has done this to me I call during the day to confirm my medications for lupus is ready they tell me it’s ready I get there after work and then they say there’s a delay. Refuse to assist refuse to send to another location. I am now 2 days with out my meds and they refuse to help. I have been coming to this Walgreens for over 4 years and this last year the service has been terrible and lack luster . Please go get your medicines filled at another location. Unprofessional and uncaring

Horrible customer service. To think people call or visit due to illnesses often not feeling well, and they treat you without any sympathy over telephone. They leave you waiting forever and even hang up on you.

This Walgreens is in a lovely community so it is particularly disappointing that it is so awful. Regardless of the hour they rarely pick up the phone in any of the departments. When I wanted to check on Covid vaccine availability after 4 hours on and off on hold I finally just went to another Walgreens which is 5 minutes away. There used to be a really nice man who worked there and he is never there when I am. I have a few bad experiences in this location so try not to go there but when I'm walking, it is most convenient. A few weeks ago I had placed multiple online photo orders and was notified by email they were ready. When I got there a woman said it was too late to come but I said I just got the emails and the store is still opened. She literally ignored me and went on with whatever she was doing so I walked around and found a manager. The photos were paid for so they just had to hand them to me. The manager said I shouldn't have come so late and she couldn't find the photos. Eventually, they did.Early today I place an online photo order and got an email saying it would be ready in the afternoon. It was for one greeting card and at 7pm I hadn't received confirmation so tried reaching the photo department for an hour. No one picked up and I was transferred to another department where no one picked up. I finally went in person at 8pm and the folded card was printed on a 4 x 6 single sheet. While they were redoing it (took 45 minutes in the store) I figured I check out the 50% off Valentines merchandise/candy. The items rang up full price even though literally on the shelf next to the sign. That same manager said they weren't on sale and could be sold for Christmas. I'm not sure what she meant but she wouldn't honor the sign. This was not an isolated misplace item. It was one of 8 items! None came up 50% off.Most significantly, while I was there, there was a verbal altercation between another customer and this manager. There was yelling an accusations of bait and switch, etc. I just wanted to leave so paid and left. The photo card was not done correctly!

It is clean, organized, and stocked up. However, they have horrible customer service. The cashier, Makkey, would sigh and roll his eyes when you asked about promotions and gave a name that was different than his name card when someone asked.I was injured and only had one hand and he told me to put two packs of coke back all by myself.

Do NOT use this pharmacy!! I waited on HOLD for 2 1/2 hours for a simple answer if my meds had arrived yet. Incompetent staff lied, then tripled the price!!!

The holiday cards are dreadful. I had spent so much time getting pictures together and I was absolutely gutted when I saw what they looked like. The quality would have been better if I'd printed them off at home.
