First good vehicle buying experience I've had yet. Helped me load up my new Suzuki DRZ400SM. I was pretty stressed out, but nothing stressful happed, nobody tried to trick me, nobody was mean or lied, everything was fine, and I got what I wanted. They made sure I paid the price they said I would pay, and they didn't aggressively try to sell me stuff I didn't want. They let me bounce around on the bike for a while with the kickstand up without staring at or hassling me. Bike is great and exactly what I expected it to be. If anything goes wrong here forward, that's on Suzuki.
I was stressed out, but I got a lot of help getting a bike I can confidently stay safe and fight rush hour with. I really hope these guys have whatever it is I want next. For sure will ride over to them for parts/advice for my break in service, and I hope they have the next bike I want.

John, Austin, and Vicky made my first motorcycle buying experience a breeze. The absolute dream team. They went above and beyond (even pulled some strings) to make sure I left in the bike that I wanted, with a price I’d be willing to afford. Even taught me some of the do’s and the don’ts of the riding world. Highly recommend. These guys are the real deal.

Great experience here .I bought a bike here back in 2019. Came back today, was torn between a KX250 or a KX450. Austin came over to help. He explained all the manufacture rebates, showed me detailed price breakdown on both bikes, and helped me make a decision that made sense. Ended up going with the 450, at a great price (Almost 3k off MSRP) Austin was extremely fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had the deal done and bike into inspection in less than 30 mins. He Even stayed an hour after closing time as I waited for someone to come get me with a trailer. I highly recommend Halls, Great team and super fast service.

Great prices and super nice staff! I asked for the best price and that’s what I got. The sales person and the manager went out of the way for me communicating with another halls dealership throughout the process that had what I was wanting and made it happen. I will definitely be doing more business in the future with halls!

We went to Hall's Motorsports in Crestview on Saturday. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We were just looking for a different brand but with the exceptional discounts and the staff's knowledge of all of their brands we chose a Polaris Ranger Crew NorthStar and are very happy. Shout out to John, Jobie and the management team for helping us with this purchase. We will definitely recommend Hall's in Crestview to our family and friends.

Recently shopped around for a bike, quoted an outrageous price by my local Hall’s Motorsports so I called Crestview’s location. Spoke with Jobai on a Ninja, he gave me a great out the door price. Went in a few days later to look at the bike, Austin and John were so friendly and helpful. They answered my numerous questions with patience and kindness.
Working with all three of these individuals made this process extremely easy. Definitely will be a return customer! Thank you guys for helping a new rider!

Great experience buying our first side by side, the showroom has several options. During the buying process I felt very welcomed by Vickie (general manager), I can't praise her enough, an amazing person, I believe offered me a great deal and made the entire process along with John such an enjoyable time. Please give Hall's motorsports a chance no need to go somewhere else, great prices, great selection and amazing people... please give Vickie a hard time 😆 🤣

Called on June when Kawasaki sent out recall letters. Was told I’m on top of the list. Just called today a month and a half later and was told my part hasn’t even been ordered. Would never recommend to anyone.
