good music and dynamic HIT workout in a small group, keeps you busy. 3-4 times weekly (exercise routine changes every day and can be lower or upper body + cardio) is enough to see results.

Coach Jay, as well as the other coaches and team members, are awesome! The workouts are intense, yet doable and catered to individuals fitness levels. The workouts deliver real results.
