Great place. Kids loved the real snow in the igloo. A lot bigger than I expect.. plenty of room for snow angels and snowball fights ? the tubing/sledding was fun though hold on.. I def came off the tube twice. Food trucks and drinks, hot and cold. Gift shop. My daughter loved ice skating on the ribbon. Nice ice, especially for being outdoors!

Planned a family adventure and considered switching to a theme park after reading reviews, but driving the 2.5 hours was worth it.A useful tip: print and fill out the waivers beforehand to streamline your entry process and get into the park quickly. The VIP fast pass and preferred parking was a great investment.Initially planned for a 3 to 4-hour visit, but ended up staying for 8 hours.Grounds were well-maintained, and employees were readily available throughout, keeping the grounds clean. Tubing slopes had firepits for cozy viewing or purchase smores kits and roast marshmallows over the open fire. Food trucks operated efficiently via kiosks, offering well-portioned meals. Definitely not your normal food truck portions. Staff on top of tubing hill managed lines and VIP access. The only complaint was lack of communication about maintenance times. The skating rink became a nightmare after everyone was told 20 minutes for the zamboni maintenance that turned into a little over an hour. This was a huge safety issue. The staff should have stopped skate rentals. Those are the types of things that create any customers. Snow igloo was enjoyable with small tubes for little ones. Dress warmly, and use lockers if needed. Gloves are a must. Reentry allowed with wristbands. Other on-site activities included princess storytime and snow cat meet-and-greet.Despite initial reservations from reviews, everyone had a blast! It's a must.

41.95 plus tax and a 11.95 service fee and $20 small meals and you have to carry up to 25 pound up a steep ramp. Then you are in a line WITH No Shade. None. Guests having the ability to carry up to 25lbs is not mentioned anywhere before you go. The staff watch the guests work. The igloo of small ice chunks never allows you to see the “snow” falling. And safety for the guests. That was a concern.

My family and I had such a fun time at Snowcat Ridge! Everything was clean and well taken care of. In our 2 hour time slot, we were able to go down the slopes about 4 times, which was enough. We went at night so everything was lit up. My girls then ice skated and were laughing the whole time. The hot chocolate was so delicious. You do not want to miss this wonderful experience.

It’s not snowtubing, they are just giant bumpy slides. Slow lanes, they make it difficult for the snow tubers with unnecessary lanes and stoping the conveyor belt. Excessive fees and expensive parking. The ticket is way expensive than the advertised price. $15 for parking + $15 in fees plus tax. Snow dome and ice skating seems fine. This is our first time and will be the last time.

All of us enjoyed the time we spent at Snowcat Ridge. We picked the perfect day. We learned that going on the up to 10 people tube was much better than the single or tandem. The bottom of the slide was a little rough so hopefully the next time we go back they will come up with something to make it smoother. The igloo was good, the best part was the kiddie tube slide. The ice skating rink was great! We will be going again next year.

The line to tube was over 1/2 an hour to have your turn and there were at least 6 lines closed which should have been opened with the crowd that was there. Has we not pulled the kids to go to the 10 person side(which they don’t even mention as an option), each person could have maybe gone down 3 times in 2 hours. $45 for 3 runs is way overpriced.

We had an amazing time here as a family traveling with two toddlers. The tubing was amazing but what really got my kiddos was the arctic igloo. They loved playing in the snow. I only wish they would make snow fall while you’re in there. The kids section was also amazing. The play place was fun, though a little dirty, and the story time as well. I loved the process for food trucks and how you order on an iPad instead of having to go up to each individual food truck. Our family will definitely come back next season. I consider it a little pricey as well. For the price we paid I think the ice skating should also be included. That’s the only reason for 4 stars.

Zero customer service skills. We were denied entrance to the park bc we had a small dog despite the fact it was in a stroller. We were told this rudely by a security guard that used his gun to intimidate us and told us it was private property. We then asked for a refund for the tickets since this fact was not on their website and they also denied this request. Will never return to this place, very disappointing.

Make sure if you print out the form before you go it has four c on on each corner. If not you wasted your timeDoing it in advance. Was disappointed as we hadTo waste 10 minutes of ourTime. The employees are not very friendly even when they check you into the park. You really only need the 2 hour ticket if it’s not busy you get pleanty of timeOn the tubes

Visited Snowcat Ridge with my son. His first time experiencing snow was magical! The staff was kind, and we enjoyed ice skating together. S'mores were delicious. We opted for snow tubing and didn't need the unlimited time or VIP fast lane; it was just perfect. My son went four times in less than an hour, so the two hours weren't necessary. To me, it's brilliant that we Floridians get to experience snow right here in Florida! Overall, a fantastic and well-rounded experience. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. We went group of 6. 2 adults and kids ages 9 thru 16. We easily spent 5 1/2 hours with the kids not wanting to leave. Do your waivers ahead of time, but if not it is set up nicely there to handle it and didn't take long. It is pricey but was a treat to the family and we made many memories. We are Florida natives and the kids were so excited to finally see "snow". The igloo is so amazing no words can describe the magical ambientance. My only complaint is the tube timing. We choose 5-7 because we wanted to do it at dark. We went down once as a family and once as a single. We were so disappointed at the longgg lines. 2 rides in 2 hours! Word in advance book an earlier time slot. It's cheaper and you can still skate unlimited and plenty to do once it's dark anyways. You can skate and jump from activities and jump back. Also kids liked scavenger hunt. We did meal tickets $108 for 6 meals and drinks. Very big, filling and good meals! Better price than if we bought there.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party here. I bought 2 tickets Friday night at 8pm (the party was the following day at 5pm). My daughter woke up puking the next day so she couldn't go and there are absolutely no refunds. A waste of $100. My review isn't based on the park itself, but I feel like they should give you a bigger time window to transfer the dates.
