I was looking forward to staying here for a week, but feel very unsafe to be in a fema hotel. Especially if you had cats for a month in a room which I am allergic too.

I’m a fema victim who stayed at this hotel for a month and a half. The staff was great and our stay was awesome until yesterday December 13th. This is the day the hotel manager angel decided he had enough of us being here. I always got the feeling he never wanted us at this hotel to begin with. He comes off as a person who looks down on people. ( which I don’t understand why because me and my family staying here didn’t affect his pay check in any way.) December 13th he called my hotel room and said that I need to pay $200 for incidental insurance or I would have to leave the hotel immediately. ( this is his new policy he created!!! No we didn’t mess up the room nor is this a charge for a hotel purchase.)This was very odd because for one we had been here all this time and the staff never said anything and I only had to pay $50 in the beginning. I even had to renew my stay twice and was never asked to pay money other than that one time. When I went down stairs to explain to him that my car had literally been stolen few hours prior to him telling me this so I didn’t have my debit card on me to give him the money. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave. About 5 minutes later he came back to me and told me that I can stay until the morning so I can sort out where I will go if I can’t get the money to him. I was able to find another fema hotel but the room wouldn’t be available until the following day (Sunday) so I called him this morning and told him the situation and asked if we could stay until the morning (please keep in mind that fema is paying for the hotel.) Angel had the audacity to lie and say that all the rooms were booked out so we had to go. Me and my family are now sitting outside of the hotel with our cats with no place to go until tomorrow. I checked all the sites and Wyndham garden has quit a bit of rooms available today and in the future. Hate is real!! And Angel definitely hated that me and my kids were blessed to stay at such a nice hotel without paying. It’s all good god sees all and this guy will definitely reap what he sowed. Happy holidays

Service is spacious, well organized, and clean! The internet is was fast and worked properly, there was no noise from the streen inside the room and service was great.

While we found the room to be fine and in clean condition, we were very disappointed in the customer service at this Wyndham Garden.
To start off the staff we interacted with all seemed to have a bad attitude and we overheard some of them talking about how they hate their jobs. There was no friendly greeting on check in and when we (Diamond level with Wyndham) asked for a late check out, which is usually up to two hours, the clerk rolled his eyes and then said “I can give you an hour before I have to charge you”. In addition, I had called a couple of weeks before to ask about a shuttle to the cruise port and the woman said they don’t have one. They do, you have to sign up for it the night before, but don’t bother as it is cheaper for two or more people to get an Uber. Plus the hotel drop off area is a mess. It is super small and jammed with cars and shuttles.
The buffet breakfast, which is similar to the free breakfasts you get at the economy Wyndham's, is $15 per person. We went to Grampas.
I would recommend booking somewhere else.

The rooms were quiet and the beds were wonderful to sleep on. Is there a possibility that the breakfast hours are extended to 11:30 am at least.

The room was clean but had a weird smell like they mopped with a dirty mop and water. The employees were friendly and helpful though. Location was not ideal as there was nothing within walking distance but it is very close to the airport

The worst hotel experience of my life. They made everything so difficult to try to get on a cruise. The shuttle threw our luggage ripped the tags off and then demanded a tip at our cruise port. We had to walk to a Walgreens to buy tape to use for our tags. The hotel would not help us make copies or assistance in any way. Not to mention, the rooms are filthy. The windows have smudges, and my pillow had blood on it.

Shuttle service needs improvement. Waited over 40 minutes at the airport, driver pulled up then drove away without getting out and asking. Had to call for the driver to come back
