I appreciate Bethine and Wanda. They made the process fast and easy to open an account. I setup an appointment online due to the reviews, I learned that an appointment was necessary, which I was able to visit the same day due to an opening.
Bethine was informative and helped me be more up to date with the digital technology. She was patient and walked me through the whole process quickly and educated me about the policy and how the app worked.
Then Wanda was able to show me how to use the ATM using the digital wallet. Thanks to them they have given me the tools to be sufficient in the future. I appreciate their time and efficiency. Highly recommend this place for their friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere.

The ATM never works I’ve literally been to this location like five times and not once did the drive thru ATM work, if you want to go inside the line is always out the door. It’s impossible to get help at this location.

Went in there today to open an account at 4:15 with 40 minutes left till they close, the store was completely empty workers were chit chatting and DEFINITELY could’ve took if not me at LEAST my husband to make an account but no they( the black gentleman didn’t get his name ) said “make an appointment or do it online “ and that it’ll take upwards of an HOUR to open one account…. That is ridiculous never GO WITH THIS BANK.

This is the worts bank I ever dealt with in my life please get somebody here asap to deal with their attitude asap
Absolutely disgraceful service at this branch. I came in expecting professional help, and instead, I was treated with zero respect and completely belittled. The staff looked at me like I was beneath them, didn’t bother to properly communicate, and wasted over an hour of my time playing me around with no real intention to assist me.
It was clear that they had no interest in actually helping customers—just pushing me aside and making me feel like an inconvenience. If this is how they treat people, I can’t imagine how many others have been disrespected the same way.
If you value your time, dignity, and proper customer service, AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. They don’t care about you, and they’ll make sure you know it.
This should make other potential customers think TWICE before stepping into that place.

Zero customer service, the branch was empty and the lady excuse that she cannot help me. My case was an urgent matter and didn’t care of it. This branch always the workers are rude and doesn’t wants to work! Miserable and poor customer service. Is my nearest branch and supposed to be helpful but no!

Went there a couple of weeks ago, waited for about an hour for an associate to finally call us, I had a letter where they only needed to fax some paperwork, the lady was just rude and asking for more ID when we had all the proper documentation that Wells Fargo had requested to send, she kept insisting and being rude with an attitude, won't be going over there ever again, I would rather drive down to Lakeland or to Orlando instead of going to this branch and see the smirk face from this lady.

I went through the drive-thru because it is supposedly quicker than going inside. They took just as long or even longer, I was waiting for more than half an hour waiting on them to make the deposit for me.

My partner went into open an account. Was told he needed extra paperwork. He asked if he got it and came back can he open an account they say yes. He came back the lady was rude and refused to service him.

I take my brother to this location to open a account, it's was Wednesday April 24, 2024 , when I get there the room was empty only 1 person was waiting, I was the second person waiting, tell lady come to me, said how can I help you and I said we come to open a account, she told me I have to make appointment online ,I said really she said yes, I said you'll not busy no customer in here can we do it now , she reply you need appointment that ridiculous?

I was just in this Wells Fargo Branch, there was a discrepancy with my check being authorized for them to cash it for me. The teller and the manager were both very professional as well as very patient. If you are ever in the Florida area and need a bank to go to, this is the one you want! Their customer service is top notch!!!

Customer service not their expertise starting from the teller all the way through their management, go to your nearest well fargo branch and avoid this branch at all cost. As professionalism they need training asap.
