Honestly a nightmare of a company my husband was involved in a serious accident in our 2019 model 3 Tesla. And after months of battling out with lawyers we finally got a settlement. We found car geeks and thought they’d be the perfect fit for the repair job…. What a huge mistake. For example my left side was all pushed in and my driver window shattered. They never called to give updates at all, I was on the phone at least 3 times a week with them by a miracle. When it came to pick up the car they had left scratches on my trim and this paint dust or something sandy which is permanently stuck to the right side and rear windshield of my car (I have no idea why because the only thing they had to fix was my left side) it’s never came off even with hard scrubbing. Then they place a double pane glass which Tesla wasn’t handing out because they were only meant for the 2024 model 3 which hadn’t been released yet. And decided to still place it on my car ruining my entire seal and all I hear is wind coming in at all times. When I showed lily she understood and planned on getting it fixed. The owner later stepped out and I was explaining that the glass wasn’t the fit meant for it and he said “do you mean the tint” “we can’t put tint” as frustrated as I was with his ridiculous response I walked him around all 4 window and showed him how specifically my driver side is 2 times the size of the other windows. After all that till this day that window doesn’t properly work it can’t go up or down with out struggling and I have to hold it up 3 times for it to close (I was quoted $200-$300 to fix it with Tesla) never did it because I shouldn’t have to get it fixed when car geeks did that themselves. But all he had to say was “that’s what Tesla sent” if you would’ve assessed the car properly you would’ve seen your grave mistake that now will have to cost me out of pocket. Once I got home with the Tesla I realized that my back window wasn’t even on the electrical hinge and wasn’t going up or down something else that they had to fix. The job is mediocre. God bless lily for being amazing and helping me out with the most. But after the horrible horrendous experience I was so sick of it I just sucked it up. Lily gets 10 stars in my book and car geeks gets -10. Find someplace else people this ain’t it. RUN DONT WALK!! AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM HERE!!
And before you say you don’t recognize me as a costumer and try knocking down my genuine review. The car was listed under Christian Delgado. Fun fact I had Tesla repair come by for a my windshield water pump and explained to them my situation with car geek and they told me anyone could really get Tesla certified for repairs. DO YOUR RESEARCH on the people you want working on your car. You should feel like you’re going home with a new car after getting any damage fixed, unfortunately I went home feeling like I was lied to and disappointed with the outcome of my Tesla. The is was the 3rd place I went to when trying to get my car repaired. They are very efficient and for the most part, keep you up to date with the repair progress! Lily is a gem! Car geeks will get your car right. ?

Liars and cheats. We sent our car there over 2 months ago and are still waiting. They've only called 1 time to update my husband. They constantly tell our insurance that the car will be ready, but when the day comes, it never is. I'm going to report them to better business and my lawyer. I don't even trust that the repairs are going to be done well, and they are, of course, charging our insurance high prices. It definitely seems bait and switch. We brought our car there because it was a 2 month old to us car but now I wouldn't bring my KIA there if this happened again. If you love your car, don't bring it here. There is little to no communication, lies, and additional stress only.
Now we are trying to pick our car up and they won't release it because they did work not approved by our insurance and want us to pay for the repair even though it was 100% not our fault. They even told us our towing was 100% complimentary (which was 4 hours late) and now they are trying to charge for that too. Man I was so wrong about this place. The old reviews are just that old.

Extremely unreliable body shop, my husband is a returning customer and the experience we've received this time around does not compare to how it was before.
Shop management poorly communicated the whole time regarding status of vehicle, updates on car and even getting a hold of her was a task. She was never available, we constantly had to try to reach out to her for the bare minimum. Very frustrating and disappointing to have to chase her to do her job as she should've been the one attempting to reach us every step of the way. Wouldn’t refer someone here again and would definitely not be coming back if ever needed

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your auto body shop. The level of unprofessionalism and unethical behavior I encountered is unacceptable and warrants urgent attention.
Overcharges and Inflated Bill: The final bill I received was shockingly inflated compared to the initial estimate provided. It's evident that there was a deliberate attempt to overcharge me, which is completely unjustifiable and unethical.
Coercive Tactics: I was appalled by the underhanded tactic of tricking me into signing a work authorization without my explicit agreement for the proposed work. This coercive approach not only violates customer trust but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for ethical business practices.
Lack of Integrity: Your shop's actions reflect a severe lack of integrity and honesty. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, neither of which I experienced during my interaction with your establishment.
Negative Impact: This experience has not only resulted in financial loss but has also caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Such behavior tarnishes your shop's reputation and undermines trust in your services.

If you want your car to be repaired poorly and incomplete, definitely bring it here. Have me the car with a broken control arm, no alignment missing pieces, bumper wasn’t even placed correctly, worst paint job I’ve ever seen, missing bolts, headlight was placed incorrectly and completely loose… my biggest regret was being my car here for a repair. That “Tesla Authorized Repair Shop” badge needs to be removed ASAP! When I took my car to a different shop to fix all of the errors, they were in awe. Toddlers build better cars than these guys. HORRIBLE!!!!

Run from buying a vehicle off this dealership. I thought I thought I was doing my research on my car search by filtering the vehicles but little did I know I needed to filter the dealership reviews to and I could of avoided this dealership and horrible experience. I called the dealership when I came across a Mercedes GL that had an upgraded interior. The salesman of course tells me how great the suv is and how he would sell it to his mom and neighbor. I explain how I am out of state and would need to book a flight to come see it and with holiday coming up it would be 2 weeks out before I can come down on a Saturday. Not once in the conversation do I get told they are closed on SATURDAY! I am told if I do not like the SUV I can get my deposit. I sent $2,000 via Zelle. I get a esign document where they hand write in Zelle. The rest of the document is not customized to me. No where is vehicle description or date I plan to come to dealership. The next morning I call the dealership and ask to get my deposit back as the car is still listed online and they have not removed it from other potential buyers and I am told it is not refundable and I can apply the money to another car on their lot. I tell the salesman this is the only car I am interested in as I need an SUV that can tow 7,000 pounds and the GL can do this. I just want my deposit refunded and I am denied. After Thanksgiving holiday I make plans to come down and test drive the suv. On day of flight I ask the salesman if they will pick me up at the airport in the GL so I can ride in the car and I am told they do not have INSURANCE on the vehicle. I tell him that is ok I had insurance added on Friday and I am bringing an insurance card.
I land and when asked what car to be looking for at airport it is not the GL I have a deposit but the salesman personal car. When I get to the business there is a tow truck bringing in a wrecked car and the lot is filled with damaged wrecked vehicles. There is the GL sitting out by the road. Salesman does allow me to take it out for a test drive which was 2 blocks down a side road by the dealership. I asked if I could take out on freeway and I am told the GL is not registered and I can not drive it anywhere but the side road. We get back to the dealership and I go to adjust the height on the GL and the air suspension does not work so I tell the sales man while I am in Florida I would like to test drive another GL. He informs I have to pay my balance on the car today and I am not getting my deposit back. I tell him how can not buy a car you have no registration for or insurance.

I love Florida for making me see these guys twice a year! They’ve been a great help with fixing my car after accidents, nice to feel that they care about deadlines and do their best to assist in speeding up the process as much as they can without compromising on the quality.Every time I drop off the car they’d give me a loaner vehicle free of charge so I have something to drive while I wait.
