BEWARE. I do not recommend State Farm insurance or this Branch location. I was crashed into by an uninsured motorist back in December. State Farm has been awful to work with, I still do not have my vehicle back because State Farm refuses to pay the body shop because they used to new parts (as recommended by Volkswagen) and not second hand used parts.
State Farm, instead cut a check to the person at fault for the crash to cover themselves, and left me hanging. No vehicle, paying out of pocket for a rental car and no guidance.
Even though this branch is happy to take your payment, This branch location offered no assistance, and just tells you “they don’t deal with claims call the 800 number” which is painful in itself. I’ve attempted to speak with the actual agent, but have been unsuccessful.
I was told my multiple people in the automotive industry that State Farm recently changed on the corporate level, and this has been the new norm. Poor customer service.
