Greatly impressed. I had an iMac Pro, 6 years old, and running like a snail. After calling and describing the problem, I was asked to bring in the computer. I dropped it off at 3 PM. By 3:30 PM I had a text message informing me of what they found in their diagnostic tests. I called about 4:30 PM. She went over the problem, the cost to replace the hard drive and transfer my data and programs (I had forgotten to do a full disk save), and the timeframe of about 2 days. I agreed to the terms. By 9:30 AM the next day, I got a text message that the work was complete and I could come in and pick it up. That's service. And the computer is running faster than ever. Now, a recommendation from your average Joe may not carry a lot of weight. But my former business partner was into computer sales and repairs for many years and I learned a lot about fixing my own computer from him. So, I've got some experience. And I have to say that from start to finish, Bit Tek was just about the best computer repair service I've ever come across.

I brought in my MacBook Pro 2019 for water damage. They were very responsive to any questions I had and their services were very affordable considering it is a $2k laptop. Because I brought it in physically they fixed it within a day! Astounding. As of now my laptop is working well but I will update if any issues pop up. For now, 5 stars!!

Not happy at all. Wish I was told there was a no return or refund policy before I bought the computer. A pawn shop would at least give you store credit or 30 days to return the product if it’s something wrong with it and the item may only cost $20. I bought the computer Friday the 29 and was told on Saturday the 30 I can’t get a refund for the computer. I don’t comprehend how you think you can sell computers that cost $200 to $300 and have no return policy, no refund or store credit exchange. Or at least tell the customer this before they purchase the product but in my case I was told “I’ve should’ve asked about it “. I’ll never shop here again, I won’t tell anyone to buy anything from this place, and you guys definitely burned a bridge with me over this computer. I hope everyone reads this review and know what you’re getting yourself into before dealing with this company. Don’t not buy anything from them it doesn’t matter if you like it or not, or if it doesn’t meet the requirements you need it to meet your stuck with it regardless. So now I would have to take my computer back to them to downgrade my OS system to make the program work. And the computer I just bought from them yesterday is sitting on the ground being completely useless. Thanks a lot bit tek.

I brought a Mac book from Amazon refurbished .. after about 2 days it stopped charging . I took it up here to bit tek, she was able to diagnose my laptop and order the part it needed in a great amount of time I really appreciate her for listening and being understanding about my concerns I would recommend 10/10 services ❤️!!!

I was in there on Tuesday getting my laptop checked out because it wasn't turned on. They checked my ports out and figured out it was a glitch. Very kind and amazing customer service. I would 100% recommend them.

My Mac Air was fixed the very same day I brought it in. The Apple Store completely missed what was wrong with my Mac. This place was very prompt and knew what they were talking about. I would totally recommend this business to anyone who wants to have an excellent experience dealing with professional people.

I needed a replacement battery for my 15+ yr old Ipod Nano. The replacement required soldering so I called Bit Tek and was told they could help me. They gave me a quote, ordered the battery and when my Ipod was damaged when the old battery was removed, they had backed up my music and replaced my original Ipod with the new battery, reloaded my music and called me to say all was ready. They kept me informed thru the process and also gave me the thumb drive with my music. This company is great!

Great job. I knew they had to fix the problem, and they did as expected. But what I didn't expect, when I picked my laptop up, it looked brand new, clean as a whistle. Thank you, guys.

Christian Barrett bought my laptop for parts only not able to turn on ebay. He was able to turn it on. he has asked my password to unlock it for him which i sent him laptop with charging wire included. He got mad that I wouldnt give my password so he sent back a frauded laptop to me. Not my original of what i sent which my right serial ending in 3xy And his ending in VDD. He said i stole it after his multiple tries of removing my icloud but how could it be when he got pass code through step one? Mind this I am states away. I have my proof purchase, and it being on my icloud, if i were you guys be careful as you might be the next victim. He got his money back from ebay as I already went through law enforcement of returned a frauded laptop from him and gave his address to them. He will threaten you. He is evil at heart so dont be fooled at first. In the end he will fraud you. Attached is the frauded laptop he sent to me, to all buyer and seller beaware of him as law enforcement is going to be on him for fraud.

I have to admit I was a little Leary leaving my MacBook Air at Bit Tek. I was in New Smyrna for a few weeks when my laptop died. I didn’t know much about Bit Tek, but didn’t want to dry to Orlando. Fortunately, Bit Tek was great! They fixed my MacBook for a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic from start to finish. After what I thought might be a complete computer replacement Bit Tek was able to replace parts and ensure the computer was running better than before. I could not recommend them enough, not only were they cost effective they were kind, answered questions, ensured that my information was secure and provided all the old parts. If you are having a computer issue, I could not recommend them enough.

I needed a new battery board. The computer was promised for 2 days as the part needed to be ordered. It was professionally installed on a timely basis, the staff was both professional and cordial. and my Mac is running perfectly well. A job well done!
