I came to this establishment because of the high review rates. He repaired my bass clarinet within a few hours and his price was GREAT! He was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a tip to help with installing my bell. I will bring my other clarinets to Mr Bill in the future.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Owner rides his bicycle to work, so call ahead on bad weather days.

10 am opening time is just an approximate..could show up at 11. Takes forever to complete a repair, sometimes months. He does not give you a receipt for your instrument, so you have absolutely no proof it's in his shop. But you have no chouce... he's the only one in town.

Wow! Phil is the nicest guy and exceptionally knowledgeable. I brought in a trumpet with a couple of sticky valves and not only did he solve those issues on the spot he gave me an in-depth history of my vintage trumpet. A go to repair shop.

Mr. Bill is friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He spends extra time to explain what needs to be done, speaks with and teaches my kids how to care of the instruments. He has been kind enough to meet last minute repair needs for school concerts and festivals. He is my go to for my children's instrument repair needs. Highly recommended!

I have been relying in Mr. Bill for repairs for my kids' instruments for over 3 years. He clearly loves his work with instruments and is masterful at it. He was kind enough to spend over 15 minutes explaining to my son how to take care of his "new" trombone. He also goes out of his way to explain what needs to be done (even when I have no idea what he is talking about) and to fit your schedule (last minute repairs for school concerts and festivals!). When Navy Band was in town last year, they thanked Brass & Reed for repairing a trumpet last minute.

This place is a hidden gem! I was scrambling to find a lyre for a Selmer alto saxophone and not only did the owner have one, he went out of his way to make sure it was the correct one and waited for me past closing time to pick it up. The owner fixes wind instruments, and he clearly loves what he does! This man really knows his stuff and is just the friendliest person! I am so glad I found him.

We came in a panic looking for a trumpet lyra that our son needed the next day for high school marching band. We not only found the lyra we had been to three stores to get unsuccessfully, we met a very nice gentleman to boot. Nice friendly place!

We forgot to pack our son's music stand for the Florida 9 points this week and he had exactly what we needed and was super helpful. Saved us a bunch of time! Thank you.

The owner was late how ever the quality of his service was great! He was quick and my instrument is working perfectly now. I would recommend calling in advance to make sure he is at the shop.
