Absolutely horrible place. My car was in their shop for almost 3 months. And when they were finally done with it, it had more issues than it did before. Please stay away from this place. The people are nice but the service is horrible

Someone was playing a CD in my car while working on my car. My CD player is now NOT WORKING. The hood of my car was not closed fully, yet the work was done on the outside right rear of my car. Not happy.

Got my truck back with small parts missing, ac wasn’t working after I picked it up. (It had always worked) they told me my vehicle was almost done after a month of them not working on it. It took an additional month for them to finish. They unfortunately lead me on to believe it was almost done for a month. When I figured out the still hadn’t ordered some parts I had to get behind the desk and force them to order the parts (my running boards) if I hadn’t have done that idk that I’d have my truck back. The left my backup camera unplugged and my aftermarket tune unplugged which was not necessary to even touch. There’s too many other issues I had with them that I can’t type it all but I would not recommend Rachel’s to an enemy. My ac doesn’t work still and they said to drop it off but I’m not going back there period.

This was the only body shop around that would tackle my issue. Some other shops recommend them and I needed an old school shop that was ready to chop out a bunch a rust and replace a large part. Would definitely bring my vehicle to them again.

This place was to do repairs on my daughter’s car for damage from hurricane in Oct. insurance paid total requested and then even a second adjusted bill. Daughter tried to pay co pay plus for a new battery. Agent refused to accept it saying she would have to pay additional 2500 when trying to get an itemize bill lo and behold they couldn’t come up with one. They will not give her back her car. She has gone with police escort and when officer ask to see bill they still couldn’t produce it even for officer. Insurance company is investigating also. Rachel’s treating to sell my daughter’s car In March i unless she gives them $2500 for what no one knows and. Rachel’s can’t explain what it’s for. This is bullshit now we have to file a civil suit to get the hostage car back!!!!!

This is My vehicle that is being sold by Rachel’s Collision Center, March 11 at 9 o’clock and it has been in flood water from hurricane Milton with water immersion and electrical system problems!! Russell the owner have put a suspicious MECHANICAL LIEN on my car!! For a fraudulent amount of 2500$ for unexplained repair charges that were never pre-approved by my insurance company, State Farm, or by myself the owner of the vehicle! I went there to retrieve my car after repairs were done and paid for by my insurance company January 9 and I was told I was not able to retrieve my vehicle Even though I had the money for my deductible, they would not even show me my vehicle. I had to call the Daytona Beach police and still no documentation not one piece of paper not one letter via email not one explanation through communication absolutely not one document that can prove and show what these charges are for. Russell has the nerve now to my vehicle with no explanation! Do not purchase this vehicle 2017Alfa Romeo, Giulia Is it has been stolen from me without explanation unless I pay 2500 for repairs I know nothing about. This man is a fraud and scammer to take advantage of a hurricane victim here in Fl.! I have been without my car since October, because of this one individual Russell is trying to benefit from my vehicle!! I am a single female from Pa without any family or friends in the area and I really rely on my vehicle this company has made it out for me to live a normal daily life since hurricane Milton and since I trust it, Rachel‘s collision Center to do professional work on my vehicle. Instead, they’re trying to steal my vehicle from me Without any explanation, why is it that he is not giving me an itemized estimate on what other repairs he did to my car charging at 2500 extra more dollars that never has been preapproved! In the pictures, you will see my vehicle but he’s trying to sell please I’m not lying my vehicle as you’ll be sorry anyways as it has been flooded and per the Alfa, Romeo Giulia dealership in Daytona Beach. This car should have been totaled!!! What type of demon does this to a female a woman trying to work daily just to keep her head above water what type of business does this to a person?

Nope. Uh uh. NEVER! Beware! They stole from me and if they did it once, they probably have done it before and they’ll do it again. It took me a long time to write this review. It’s been over a year. I was just driving by the shop and remembered how they stole from me and my husband, I don’t care if your insurance is paying for it. They are still sending work out to other local businesses and that’s who they steal from. And you don’t get a discount for it. I also recommend that no business partner with them and do any work outside of bodywork for them such as exhaust, or any kind of mechanical work.

Very professional business! They really care and try to retain their customer’s. Michelle, Chris and Will are super nice people that will do whatever they need to do to accommodate their customer’s! Stop wasting your valuable time running around town getting estimates, just spend your money at Rachael’s. They were the lowest of all my estimates and their work I rate a 9 out of 10. I’ve been around body shops and paint work for many years and know what a junk job looks like. First class business, hands down.
