l ordered some factory gmc rims and tires, they were used, but this company was very upfront about the condition of the wheels and tires. They answered my emails quickly which got my business and as soon as l ordered they were shipped out the next day ups, had them balanced and installed, they look great, very happy.

Found this company on an eBay store, discovered it was local to me. I drove up there, found the perfect set of factory correct refurbished wheels with center caps. We negotiated a price and they offered to buy my current wheels. They work closely with Elite Roads tire shop. They transported the wheels I purchased to the tire shop, made an appointment and squeezed me in. The shop was also professional and knew about how to jack stand my car with its air suspension. They swapped the wheels and utilized my current tires. Then inspected my old rims, were able to determine my car had been well cared for as bends and cracks were typical for my vehicle. Can't say enough great things about Howard and all of his crew. I will be recommending them to my entire PCA club. I saved so much in shipping and zero hassle, didn't get my hands dirty, didn't have to lift a thing. I walked away with cash in my hand. This was the best transaction/service experience in all my time in South Florida, which is usually horrendous. If you need tires or wheels go see these guys. And let Elite Roads handle wheel mounting and balance. My car rides and performs better, no more shudders and faster acceleration. Thank you again Howard. First class and 5 stars.

UPDATE: 8 months later I had a screw in the tire so took it to a tire shop. They take the rip off and the tire was patched by Wheels Direct in a way that is illegal by the department of transportation to even drive.Purchased a set of rims and tires from them for my Tesla. It was listed as brand new tires and rims were repowdercoated like new — apparently taken off a brand new car predelivery. Two rims arrived scratched/chipped, and one of the tires had a curb damage that was re-glued. Reported it back to them and they said we can credit you. I said I wanted a replacement and they told me they don’t have it, despite them having another listing for the same set on eBay. They eventually gave me credit for those which we agreed upon and I was happy.Next day, I got to the tire shop to get it installed and ANOTHER one of their “brand new tires” (not the one discussed with them earlier and credited for) was flat. Didn’t think it was a big deal so the tire shop filled it with air and installed all the tires. Overnight this tire went completely flat (again this is a tire that they didn’t give me credit for - the credit they gave me was going to be used to powder coat the scratched wheel). Upon reaching out to them, they insisted I use the credit they gave me for the original damaged wheels and the curb damaged tire for this other tire and purchase myself a new one. They also offered me a refund but refused to reimburse me what I paid the tire shop to install the tires and then what I would’ve had to pay to dismount them.Despite it being advertised as brand new, they sent me 2 damaged tires. In fact, in one of the emails they told me “We cannot cover your costs, that is the cost of buying online. ” in regards to the flat tire. Mind you, I was not necessarily looking for money for it.. I just wanted a replacement tire. I guess that means the cost of buying online is you will get sold something other than what was advertised. I have email and video proof of all of this as well.

Very happy with the quality and service! Bought a replacement AMG triple spoke wheel for my 2012 Mercedes S550 recently and it arrived in perfect condition (and I am very picky!) and at a reasonable price. And the communication from their manager Vicki T was prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend them for replacement wheels! 5 star service!
