Worst experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility. These people are cutting locks on units which is illegal in the state of Florida and denying it. They’re keeping me from accessing my belongings after I’ve paid for my unit and late fees. The manager is there which should also be illegal to be running a business without a manager present and because of that I can’t get my things out of this storage facility for several more days until they come in. Then I was told there’s nothing they can or will do to help me out until the manager is present. Reconsider other options before coming here. The people working here are also very rude without any hospitality and most all units have red locks on them which means you can’t access your unit. I just want my things and to be done with this but I have to wait until Monday..

DO NOT RENT HERE. They will cancel payments and claim your account is delinquent to try and steal your belongings if you can’t pay their insane lien and late fees. Scamming people out of lifelong belongings is a real shady way to make money. More than half the units have the red locks due to “non payment” when I paid to get current I am told I have to wait for days to get my belongings out of the unit. Paid 333 dollars for a month of the smallest unit they have.

Clean, secure, really nice lady running the office. Probably lesser priced storage outfits in town but I believe the quality wins out here.

Worst storage facility ever. The gate is broke half the time, can't ever get ahold of anybody to get in or get access, the old man is super rude and Michelle is just a terrible person, totally unprofessional. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE, THEY WILL PROBABLY GET STOLEN.

I trust American Self Storage with my belongings for sure! Their security measures & property management is the BEST!!! Also the units are accurately sized (had an issue with a different storage place in the past), & each outdoor Unit has a nice and bright, motion sensored light (not sure about the interior Units)I recommend them to anyone looking for a great storage facility.
