My husband and I came to Lowes on a Monday morning to get some supplies. We asked Keith, who was in tools, where a plumping item was located. He told us which aisle it was and even offered to walk us to the item. We declined his offer and walked to find the item. Later, in another part of the plumbing aisle, Keith checked up on us and made sure we got what we needed. Yes, Keith provided us the right aisle number! What great service!!! It was also a pleasure talking with him.Rebecca, at self check out, also provided great service! Rebecca always took time to be personable and asked how your family was doing. She remembers who you are. Great service from Keith and Rebecca!!!

Go anywhere else. Pay any higher price. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM LOWES. I ordered a washer and dryer last week for delivery. Seven days later, I have a dryer and Lowe's has not refunded the THREE CHARGES for the washer I still do not have.

Everyone at this Lowe's are friendly and helpful. Marshall the manager walks the floor and helps making sure his team is taking care of business. They are short staffed yet you can tell all the team members work together to make up for it. This DeFuniak springs Lowe's rocks!

By the time I got out of the store with my preodered and prepaid order, I needed medication or a drink. No one knew what they were doing or what anyone else was doing. The workers in Home and Garden acted like I was bothering them, and they couldn't be more annoyed that I came to buy items. It was a joke. The only people who were kind were the two boys that worked alongside me to load my truck. Don't shop there!

How about hiring some cashiers. Had to wait in line to do your job for you. 2 little self checkout lanes and no cashiers. Employees walking around everywhere. None at any cash register. Get it together.

They area great help for our elderly and servicemen and service women .They het to know you by name at some checkouts! It always makes my elderly father feel pride. He is a retired Korean soldier. The lows in Defuniak Springs FL fives attention to wach of their customers. Even when they are super busy, when we walk through the door we are always welcomed by any employee and aware. "Welcome to Lowe's!" We are a lows hardware junkie.
