This place is easily a notch above.Counter person that helped me was a cerified mechanic.They knew what i needed and got my part fast.Autozone up the street told me my bad battery was good.This cost me alot of money and time guessing.Get it done the first time with the napa pros.

After driving all over trying to find the correct parts, we ended up at this Napa Auto Parts location. This store was clean and organized. We were greeted immediately and helped thoroughly. I was so thankful to find a place that still has great customer service. I highly recommend visiting this location. I will be back. I pass 3 auto part chains along my drive to this location and I feel it’s worth it.

If I could put zero stars I would. I started going to napa because the one in my home town is the best. Obviously what store you go to matters. I felt they talked down to me like I didn't have a clue about my vehicle.

Napa auto parts has always been my go to auto parts. Store both commercially and blowing up you are my personal neeas a mechanic. I have been using Napa auto parts for nearly 40 years. And if it aint right, they'll fix it. They stand behind everything here from California. I wasn't sure how the Napa dealers were here in Florida.. I was pleasantly surprised to see they are just as attentive and willing to. Satisfy each and every customer. Just yesterday while I was struggling to find Clarence light covers. I was frustrated from the other auto parts stores and of course walmart , which only sold the entire assembly for some ten dollars. I did not need the entire assembly I just needed the lens. Well done at Deland auto parts when above and beyond spending 1520 minutes. Tracking down the lens covers. I need and said. I would have them first thing in the morning.. He didn't disappoint, I'm getting my lenses right now. Thank you very much, Napa..

Every time I go here they never try to help. They especially can never answer questions. Brian refused to help me and stated he was busy. I notice that they prefer to serve a particular group of people, and their team is not diverse what so ever. Word of advice...All money spends, maybe I just need to get in the zone and tak my money to AutoZone. Last place I would recommend.
