A little paradise - stylish, cozy, private , immaculate , modern. Enjoy living like a local . Pool feet from your door, truly in the heart of Delray . A few minute walk to Atlantic Ave shops and restaurants - 10-15 minute walk to beach. And Ann hostess of the mostess- the best . And did I say dog friendly . Be sure to visit Bedners farm market - best vegetables and Clay’s fish market for fish truly off the boat.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Beautifully appointed unit with laundry, super comfortable beds, and fabulous pool in private courtyard with a grill even! And then, of course, only a few minute walk to all of the amazing restaurants, bars, etc that Atlantic Ave has to offer. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Delray Beach house for the month of March and will be back.Nothing better than living like a local, a block and a half from Atlantic ave and all the Restaurants and a mile to the most beautiful beach in Florida.The apartment was newly renovated and well appointed. Ann made sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay.The common pool area with the lounge chairs and BBQ was perfect to sit out after a day at the beach. We were only Snow Birds in Training -- but we will be back...

The location is amazing, blocks from the Beach and steps away from the Heart of Delray Beach, near restaurants, shops, live music, the Arts District, galleries, etc.etc...The owners are business minded yet genuine people who care about their guests like they were family.The decor is strikingly unique for South Florida, modern yet cozy and with Soul. The eclectic Chic of the place and the beautiful grounds flow just right.A great value: you get a beautiful pool garden, two spacious bedrooms, a clean simple modern bathroom, and a fully functional kitchen... as well as laundry, free wifi, and even your own private back porch!It all makes for a memorable stay...especially that as they recently opened everything is spotless and new!!!We rented the entire space for a Birthday weekend and we had tons of fun, and privacy. Can' t wait for the next excuse to be there again!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old. Perfect location to walk to Atlantic Ave (5 min walk) and enjoy the sun at the pool while baby naps midday. Comfortable beds and very responsive owners. Thank you for a great stay.
