This is the WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! They are VERY RUDE! I should’ve believed the BAD REVIEWS AND GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! It is worth taking the trip to the BOCA RATON office...

Seriously lacking on every level - broken stamp machine for months lines always too long staff are not courteous at all - just needs a complete overhaul from top down - do better USPS

I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I went to this Post Office because the manager greeted all of us waiting in line and then took charge in a friendly, professional manner to help expedite the mailing process for all us. I should have got his name but he and his crew were courteous, patient and helpful.
