They only have 1 teller. Took 35 minutes with 3 people in front of me in line before finally helping me. Will never come to the Destin Commons branch again. Looks deserted, They should be ashamed that they had no one else to help her!!

Terribly understaffed. One teller at the drive-through one teller indoors. A line out the door with people leaving. Their exchange rate for US dollars to euros is 4% less than the actual. That’s not cool.

This bank has low reviews for a reason. The bank manager is a racist for one, the customer service can’t get any lower… I have moved ALL my accounts to another bank I hope they go under…

As I’m looking at other reviews online, I’m not surprised at the low ratings Wells Fargo in Destin has… You walk in, and there are no greetings. The manager walked by me at least five times and never acknowledged me or any other customer. I waited 30 minutes without one employee saying hello and that they would be with me in just a minute. I also bank with Truist and am greeted as I walk through the door by multiple employees! What a difference Truist makes by great customer service! Shame on you, Wells Fargo!

Rude, worthless, and they treat you like a criminal. They hate their job and they all should be fired. Especially Terry. Worthless excuses of an employee and representative of WF. As soon as I return home, it’s goodbye WF thanks to Terry and his crew.

Trying to get a problem solved after speaking to some clueless employees on the phone, we decided to go into our local bank (6miles). Went in waited a few minutes and was told there was no banker working today. Had to go to the Wells Fargo in Destin (17 miles) and if you have never driven in Destin on a Friday a.m. and raining, it takes a long time to go 17 miles. Finally arriving at our destination, we explained our problem to a young man, who informed us to have a seat and wait for a banker. While waiting a very nice young man, Jon Adams, came over to talk to us. We explained our problem and he told us he was waiting for an appointment but would assist us by explaining our dilemma to the banker that would be helping us. He did so and we were directed to Mark Campbell. To make a long story short, Mark solved our problem. A compliment to them both for their professionalism and knowledge unlike the no nothings on the phone. They are an asset to Wells Fargo.

Called all afternoon no answer. Called another branch and was told they have an internal number to call and he tried that number, again no answer. Why does this branch suck? Been with them since the Wachovia days, nice way to treat your customers.

Big shout out to Mark, I really wanted to give this bank a 1 star but Mark call me this morning and after my 3rd trip with the same documents that I had on the 1st and 2nd trip. I was wrongly inform both times in regards to changing the name on my business account just because she was being lazy or just don’t want to deal with me. Thanks again Mark

We needed a banker to help us with several things. We were treated excellent by all of the employees and the branch manager went above and beyond to help us. I wish our branch at home in Oxford, AL were this efficient and helpful!!!!
