We recently bought a black dodge caravan from Ken at this dealership. Originally they were nice. After we drove the van for approximately 15 miles the van began to shudder and stall at stop lights so we immediately took it back to be looked at. They told us the radiator was cracked and it may need a new one. We were patient and the next day found out that someone had not tightened the radiator cap down and they said the problem was fixed. We then drove ten miles home only to have the van start shuddering again and doing the same thing. So we immediately took it back again. Then they said the throttle body might be the issue so their mechanic supposedly cleaned it and put new spark plugs in. Then the next day my girlfriend drove to work and it started to do the same thing again. So again we had to take it back. At this point they thought it was a emc malfunction and took it to Chrysler dodge in winter haven and they told us that the transmission was bad and needed to be replace (not ken). At this point we found out through the service department at Chrysler that Ken was going to try to either rebuild the transmission or get a used on to put in it. When we questioned ken about this he got nasty with us and actually tried to have us pay 50 percent of the transmission. We told him no and that it was advised the have a new one put in because the used ones can't be relied on because we have no idea where it came from. So when we told ken this he got more nasty with us and tried to put blame everywhere except on them. So we asked for the 2500 down payment back because this was a lemon and we had to take it back 3 time in less then 200 miles. This van is now going to unfortunately be possibly sold to someone else and the next person may not know what the history is because these people don't know that company might not be telling them everything and might try to pass this van off with a used transmission or rebuilt. If you buy from these people beware of what you are buying. I only had to give 1 star so I could let people know the utterly horrible service of this place. I absolutely would give them zero stars if i could. Do not buy from these people if you can help it. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them.

Initially, I thought I got a good deal on a Chevy Blazer. I took it in for a tune-up and oil change and had to spend $800 to completely rebuild the front end. In hindsight, I wish I had taken it to my mechanic to inspect it before I purchased it.

I have never met such a honest and truthful car lot... The salesman was so nice and truly good to my family that i will be getting my 4th car there sometime this month.. Would tell anyone looking for a car to go there!!!!

We bought a 2016 black dodge caravan from this dealership and it had to be taken back 3 times in the first 200 miles ( all in the same week first we had it) The service was horrible and the van was a lemon. After reading the reviews on this place and going through what we did. I dont recommend this dealership at all. I had to give on star to post but I would give zero stars if I could. We got our down payment back since they sold us a lemon( not without them getting really nasty and argumentative), but they will try to resell this vehicle to someone else unfortunately. we thought it should be known so that other people will not waste their time and hard earned money here. Good luck to anyone that does. Be prepared and read other reviews on Google of this place before you decide. It seems that other people have had the same problem with them in their own ways as well.

My husband bought his BMW from here I believe it was around June of 2018 so just a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. Everything runs, works, and looks great. The deal, paper work, and everything else went smooth. The staff was amazing. I would definitely buy from here again!

Bought a mustang and the engine blew up the next day. Ken told me that if I would pay half the cost he would have the engine replaced. (On a sign on their wall, it clearly says there is a 30 day warranty on the engine). I get the car back, it runs for 3 weeks and breaks down. Come to find out the engine wasn't replaced and he was basically making me pay for a repair that wasn't done. When I called to confront him, I left a message and he wouldn't even call back, instead came and picked up the car in the middle of the night, which I can only assume is to cover it up. However I am not going away. I was lied to and I work very hard for my money that this company stole!
