Just got a policy through the State Farm website which was easy to work with and was pleased with the user friendly process. Once my application was complete, I was assigned to Dave Cosper's office as my agent. The communication has been par at best. I may call the 100 number to see if they will assign me to a different agent.
Update to my review. They have been contacting me more so seems to be getting better which I am happy about.

Rachel is amazing. She helped me set up the most efficient and reliable insurance policy for my car and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have signed up with for car insurance!

I have requested a phone appointment with Dave Cosper, owner, several times to review a serious, time sensitive insurance issue with no reply. We have been a client for over 25 years and this is the first time we must have contact directly with the owner. Will call again.

I've been with this agent for many years. They always answer the phone when you call, and always are quick to pull you up on the computer, and get you serviced for what you inquire about. I am leaving them now to move to another state. This place is great to deal with.

I was in search for a new agent and Antonia was very much helpful with me making the right choice to switch to Dave Cospers agency. She kindly went over my policies and helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed on my policy. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell she cares a lot about customer satisfaction by the way she understands the clients needs and just wants the best for them and make the client happy during the process. Google asked me how Dave Cosper State Farm Insurance was because I called 6 days ago. I did call 6 days ago with a question about my policy and they didn’t answer, I left a message and they never called me back.

I have been with this same location for years and I do t have any claims, no accidents no tickets i a clean driving. I called because I have been charged every month different amounts, Lila anyone will do to figure why, so o called 3 times since the beginning of this year the 1st lady that answered the phone I would say around February or March she was nice told me she qi look at it and call me back, never got a call waited 2 to 3 months, when I called the 2nd time the lady was extremely rude and keep saying I have not idea I’m not financial, I’m not in accounting etc so she also said I will call you back or have someone call you back, they’re received the call. Today I called back October 17, 2024, The lady answer the phone and she was not nice put me on hold for a long time until the called dropped or someone hang up. I called back another lady answered and she said she will transfer me to the same lady I was talking to, I was on hold again then I could hear someone picked up the phone did not say anything put me on hold again and they saw the lady answered already with a not friendly turn off voice. I explain why I was calling then she started to give me answers that did not make any sense and she started to get extremely rude that I had to ask her why she was so rude that I was just calling to figured the different charges in my account I’m sure she will do the same call to figure in understand the charges. I tried to explain myself and she would not allow me to talk till I said can I talk then she kept going and going so she stop and said to explain myself anyway she was the rudest customer service I ever encounter and I am not sure why she’s in this field if she’s not happy assisting long-term customers if it’s her job. Like everyone knows a business with that customers it will not exist unfortunately I’m sure the owner is not aware of how he’s employees are doing their ”job”
I’m so disappointed being a long-term customer without any claims gets treated disrespectfully like if I was calling asking for a charity.
After 8 plus years with several cars with them I’m going to look for another insurance, is not acceptable to be treated that way when I am paying for a service.

Jonette was my agent and she was wonderful! We had so many questions and she answered all of them promptly. She also found us several discounts that our other insurance didn’t, saving us hundreds of dollars!
