Choosing just the right floor is tricky and Jen eased my mind by walking me through the types and showing me the app so you can view your choice in your home. They worked with me on my timeline and installation was expertly done!

HB installed carpeting in our home in 2015. About 4 years later, when several ridges appeared in our rugs, HB came and fixed them. Now, after another four years, we're getting more ridges which I expected HB to repair as before because, after all, the carpeting apparently was not properly stretched when installed. But, NO. HB refused to repair the rug except at a cost which I found outrageous. What ever happened to good customer service and for takingresponsibility for the product or service you sell to your customers.( responding to your post)the quote I received to repair the ridges in my rugs was for $200., not $150.(continuing

They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what I needed knowing I was working with limited time. Very helpful, knowledgeable and they even tracked my order manually to make sure it arrived on time. So thankful they were there to help and make it an easy process. They did a great job replacing our old MBR carpet with flooring. The guys took extra time to make sure the concrete was level before putting down the floor. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The girls in the office know their products very well, and they're a joy to work with. It was a much better experience than the big-box store that did our living room a few years ago. Their price was better, too! Highly recommend!
