We used this store for freight delivery. A custom built kitchen table that involved over 100 hours of labor. Chris assured us that the table would be carefully bubble wrapped and placed in a custom crate. It was delivered with a bedsheet and no crate. The scratches and dents are irreparable.

They say they are open but aren’t. Post wrong hours, constantly going here but they are always having door locked and wont let you in.

We visited the UPS store on Eglin AFB this morning, to ship some very heavy and fragile items. Ashley assisted us and took the time to make sure each item was protected with extra wrapping. She also tried different packing options for the best economical value for us. Ashley professionalism and customer service was outstanding.

I am a Logistic Management Specialist with the Federal Government and I deal with UPS on many levels from the corporate office to individual stores. I have to say that dealing with Lanie at the UPS store on Eglin AFB was and is a pleasure and very easy. Lanie is one of the most personable and professional individuals representing UPS. She worked with me on a very difficult process for shipping some equipment from Eglin to Denver. If I ever need to have something shipped from Eglin AFB I will defiantly be contacting Lanie for assistance. Thank you so much for all of your assistance.

Store 6296 has the best customer service! Layney and Nick are amazing and greeted me with a hello and a smile! Nick offered quick service that made it easy to return.

I have been to this store many times and always had great service. I was surprised when I went to their website to see what time they opened and saw that they had a one star rating. But then I started thinking about it and I guess I could be to blame as well as the many others that have received outstanding service here. If you are like me, having to have your lunch time eaten (pun intended) up by taking packages to the UPS store is frustrating. Then when we get there we think "our package is more important than this clown standing in front of me" so they should call me first. We also stand in line, surveying the workflow, noting how "we would run things differently" if we worked there. Then when we leave we decide to reach out and spank them for ruining what would probably been a lukewarm chicken sandwich and cold fries in the mini mall. So I want to flip this. I want to take the time to say "Thanks UPS" for taking my package and sending it back to the idiot that shipped me the wrong part to begin with. He's the one I should spank! So next time you have great service at this UPS try remembering to put in a good word. Especially a big thanks to Russell. Great job today!

Three girls working. 2 customers; 1 with 51,002 boxes to mail and 1 who needs one document notarized. Apparently, only one of the girls can notarized. So, instead of quickly notarizing the ONE document while the other girls wrap the 51,002 boxes, she makes the customer with ONE document to be notarized wait for 41 minutes while she wraps the 51,002 boxes. Service? Not much. Friendliness? Sorely lacking.
