Horrible customer service. Staff needs to be informed of proper protocols. Items I attempted to return were not verbally informed or listed on receipt so I was refused. Not my first issue here but it will be my last.

Great prices but a store that is in terrible condition! A mess everywhere, dirt in every corner... Staff who chat with their friends instead of serving customers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would do it... horrible customer service, staff is rude and they have a policy which doesn't allow 2 people in the fitting rooms even minors which doesn't make sense, I was buying clothing for my daughter who is a MINOR and the lady was really rude and didn't let me get in the fitting room with my daughter.... they should take some classes about customer service and good actitud towards people.

The selection here is always a treasure to discover. Customer service on the other hand is tanking fast and hard. One can get the impression that they’re a bother and not welcomed. Grumpy, angry face and sharp chat is what you get. Nevertheless will always go for the products.

I really liked this store, we got one in Brandon. We were surprised by the amazing deals. They had 50% off on most of it. You can find $10 jeans and Many other types of clothes. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. We fought temptation hard sense we already bought what we needed for the upcoming cold weather. Another hidden gem added to our collection for when we revisit in the outlet future.

Absolute garbage that they DO NOT TELL you dressing rooms are CLOSED. You shop fir 45 mins and the dressing rooms are closed. Absolute ridiculousness. I will never spend another dime at stores.

The clothing here is super cheap, ado they don’t have a clear return policy. We purchased some items and were required to furnish ID with receipt to just perform an exchange. Super hassle!!

We had lots of clothes to try on. No try-on even though other stores around allow that. I WAS GOING TO BUY EVERYTHING & bring back what did not fit or look good. Cashier said no returns, only exchanges & wasrude about it. We will not shop there.
