Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The owner needs to re-evaluate his employees and get rid of the ones that need to find a job they either like or are away from people! Definitely not going to patronize this business again, there are to many other place to go for your hardware needs!!!

I am a big fan of supporting local business and this is a GREAT place to support!! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. You can rent just about anything, from equipment to tables and chairs, for an extremely reasonable price. They also have Yeti AND Costa products. It is a win win, if you ask me!!

Overpriced Example: $13.00 overpriced on a bag of birdseed compared to hardware store down the street and even Walmart prices. $13.00 OVER!!!Would not honor shelf price sticker.Horrible customer service! Will never step foot in again.

Was very rudely spoken to by rental staff on several occasions about parking around the building. Also was rudely spoken to about entering an unlock entrance for that by fire code should be unlock during business hours, and they are way to expensive! I will be taking any of my business to Home Depot and I suggest you do the same.

Never will I shop here again rude staff and the prices are outlandish. Was told to go elsewhere. Went to Babes true value and saved 11.00. So the one star is for saving me money

Best place in town to rent machinery and pretty much anything. Did a Dethatch project here at home. They had a very nice machine to do that job. This it was $30 or $35 for 4 hours.

I bought a lock from them and it didn't fit my door. I brought it back the next day with all the parts. And one plate from my original lock. And they refused to give me my money back saying that parts are missing, which they weren't I had the parts all laid out on my desk & put the lock & packaging in the bag it came with. They gave me my lock back without my receipt! They kept my receipt? I asked them what part was missing and they didn't know! I have been a customer of theirs for over 30 yrs that I lived here. This was the first time I returned something! I guess Ace hardware has my business now!

Wow, talk about a slap in the face. Im giving them a 3 because the initial visit (on a Saturday afternoon) the staff staff was kind, efficient and actually seemed to like their job.I bought 4 pipe fittings. Used 2 of them and needed 4 more of a different size. Returned on a Wednesday and got my head chewed off for not having the receipt. The clerk agreed to get the manager since i was going to buy more and just trade the 2 fittings. The manager was rude, and screamed at me when i told her she should be able to scan the code and see that they were on her inventory. She told me to leave if i dont like it. I said i usually like it and i do plan to return.

I usually rent equipment here I never have any issues with them. The are extremely reasonable on pricing. The staff is always helpful

Decent selection if you are doing home improvement. We are painters and usually use other major retailers. We were nervous visiting because it seemed close to the looks of Ace Hardware and they are extremely over priced so we avoid them. When we started looking at price tags they were definitely fair, which was a pleasant surprise. I was disappointed that they didn't have a hand sanding block that I was looking for and the cashier was a tad on the rude side but the floor employee was great! Overall worth the time if you don't want to face the crowds at Home Depot or Lowes. We will stop here if needed when we work in the area.

I cant justify paying double or more to these people. I want to support small business, but charging double is stupid and low.
