This Best Buy is falling apart.. 2/3 of the dispays are empty. The few products left are not working or broken.Shelves are dirty and empty.Managers needs to work on this store ASAP. This is unacceptable to welcome customers in this conditions.We wanted to buy a pretty expensive DJI camera, the displayed product was not working and no employees helped us.

I always like to support local brick and mortar. This Best Buy always has great customer service and answers all of my questions and gives great advise. Just bought a laptop and Kenny was very knowledgeable and pleasant while helping with the sale. You just can’t replace human interaction.

Needed a laptop for my grandson. I was partnered with Juan, and he walked us thru the different Laptops and what they could do.We explained that it was for someone who is in high school. We settled on 2 laptops, a Dell, and a Lenovo. He explained how each worked, and we decided to buy the Lenovo.Juan was great, and it was great customer service knowledgeable.He was easy to talk to. Juan thanked us and made the sale easy.

I had such computer issues that I ended up having to get a new one. But being not very techy, they helped me a couple of different times to get it set up and explained things that I could understand and do things myself. I appreciated their patience and competence.

I got great support from a sales associate in TVs for selecting the right Bluetooth transmitter with an optical link for connecting a TV to an external speaker. I explained what I was looking to do and I received great advice and support!!
